Service of room cleaning is inconsistent - they cleared my entire bar hand soap even when it was barely touched and gave me a new one; some parts of the floor had still have dirt on them even after cleaning; sometimes don't replace water bottles. Bathtub is a bit weird and often gets floor of bathroom wet. No hand towels provided, but able to request.

Spacious and bright room. Great reading corner by the large window (window is able to stay cool even during the afternoon). Breakfast spread is mainly Indonesian but has a good range of meats/vegetables and basic breads and fruits.

Pillows - Too soft, no form. Bed - A bit too firm, my body felt a little stiff when waking up.

Very selected food option whether inroom dinning or breakfast food selection. The towel are torn and bit stain on the pillow case. Hopefully they will looking into.

Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food. The room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area.... I Feel homie and almost don't want to go . They have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor. The staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service. The view was amazing especially during night time. Hotel also close to street food option just behind the building. The hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order.

No separation area for smokers & non-smokers on terrace during breakfast hours, lack of pantry tools (no spoons/stirring sticks) for coffee & tea available in the room, no small plates for cup, no glass cup for tea (only ceramic mugs available) and the lobby bit too small for meet up.

The views from hotel's rooms, the staff are relly helpful & friendly and the location-easy to reach other parts of Jakarta via nearby highway

The staff should have interpreter services available to English speaking guests. It is sometimes very difficult to communicate with them. I had to translate from Google and then order food in the restaurant. Also, every time the car enters the hotel lobby, there is a 5000 IDR parking charge - which is not fair to the guests. There was everything else but no lotion in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great! Loved their food and cooking. They had tons of options from rice to soups, juices, chips, cooked chicken curry, pasta, a lot of fried delicacies, cereals, fresh fruits, eggs, milk, muffins, yogurt, bread pudding, waffles, bread, pancakes, etc. One night we were surprised by some complimentary cakes with our order - which made our day. Housekeeping is also very good, whatever we requested they were prompt to act upon. The service was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and thanks God the front desk people understand English!

Got a room in 18th floor, very noisy (either from pondfit activities one floor below or from upper floor?). They did offer me to move to another room after I complained twice. The lifts are crowded and slow since there are only 3 lifts for a floor with more than 20rooms.

Super slow receptionist even with a long queu, they can still chit chat comfortably, few are looking clueless. Room was just ok, with similar rate you can get better hotel chain in Jakarta, not to mention this is actually in Tangerang.

Check-in could have been much better. Over 40 mins to check in at 1:45pm.

Their service & attention to patrons excellent. Their coffee also of good quality and really good. Food verity very good but mainly for Indonesian. For Westerners only few sausages and eggs available for breakfast.

I liked pretty much everything.

The staff were very polite and helpful, always eager to help me. The hotel is beautiful, very convenient, well located, and close to a shopping center. The food was really good; however, for western travelers, there is not much more variety, especially in the breakfasts. I missed some options for getting a sandwich for breakfast, yet the food was very good, with a great variety of Asian and Indonesian meals.
