How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast selection not great. Felt bland after a couple of days.
Design, location, roof top pool & bar. Wow factor. Spacious rooms & bathroom. Balcony with views. Free shuttle to beach. Helpful staff.

A well presented property with exceptionally large suites and beautifully appointed. Friendly, caring and efficient staff. Great breakfasts. Great location. Great infinity pool. We’d love to stay again.

Beautiful and clean. Very modern and great amenities. Staff amazing helpful, kind and lovely. Gave us some great tips for where to eat around Seminyak/Legian area. Rooftop pool and bar gorgeous and open from 7am -1am. Close enough to walk everywhere for shopping, food etc but far enough away from crazy traffic and pub/bar noise. Lovely massage facilities. All day Breakfast included, buffet until 11 then you can order a la carte, great choice available, Indonesian/asian choices as well as traditional bacon, eggs, pastries etc. A 10 minute walk to the beach but the hotel also supplies a shuttle every hour until 6pm. A hidden gem. We loved staying there. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to our friends.

Good value for money. Very clean place, great infinity swimming pool. Comfortable bad. Breakfast good enough to find what you like. Absolutely recommend!

It's an incredible oasis of calm amongst the very busy Seminyak area. Staff are great. Nothing is too much. The all day breakfast is a winner as many tours leave very early, so you go and come back to a nice meal. The suites are huge - so is the bathroom area.

The rooms are spacious with a bath. Air conditioning is always cold - if you like that. Rooftop pool has sun all day & comfortable shaded area. Location is very central for Legian & Seminyak Staff are very friendly & always helpful

I don't think anything could be better as far as I'm concerned. Everyone was wonderful
Included breakfast was excellent with many choices. Chefs were accommodating and very friendly. Waiters were absolutely on top of the dining room and service was swift and courteous.

The location to the hustle and bustle can’t be ignored but it was only a 15-20min walk to the beach, with only one crossroads providing a challenge if you're nervous walking. If I was being picky, turning the restaurant into a smoke free zone at breakfast would help
The hotel staff were great, couldn't help you enough. Whilst the location isn't ideal, they have an hourly shuttle too and from the beach which the kids loved. They also have a text service on WhatsApp and the concierge was more than happy to book trips and answer any questions we had. We booked a penthouse villa with two kids, the rooms were very spacious and had everything with what you need. Our fridge was refilled daily with bottled water and they also provided water in the bathroom to brush teeth.

Breakfast options were great, staff are amazing and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. We loved its location, close walk in any direction to shopping, convenience stores, money exchange and restaurants.
