You could only get WiFi by the reception area. Also the rooms were that clean and we had to ask each day to have our room cleaned. We stayed for 1 week and had to request to have clean towels.

Matress a little uncomfortable. No fault of the hotel but the neighbouring business has loud music every night until late.

Really well situated near the beach and there are steps to enter the water on the other side of the road and seating to relax you can have breakfast over here too if you let the staff know.

The WiFi was very bad, it worked only at the Restaurant.It was very annoying. You had to lock in again and again all the time and it did not work. Also the television did not work at all, the whole week we stayed.We stayed in 303 and 305, No wifi, No TV. Our neighbours in 304 had also No wifi and No TV.The owner told us there is no Connection to the Server for all the tvs.

The Pool, the friendly people.It was clean.Good Location, but next to a sometimes loud beach bar with live music nearly every evening. The breakfast was good.The Garden is nice.Good cleaning service,helpful staff.

Some small things can be either changed or maintained. Rooms can have more power plugs. Some were not working but the staff were helpful and provided us long cable cords. Make sure to spray yourself with mosquitoe bug spray cz the area can have a bit mosquitoes. Carry ear plugs as there is a bar nearby with loud music

The breakfast was quite limited but there are so many great food options on the island that it didn't matter.

The pool was perfect, great variety of depths for our young kids and enough shade and loungers around the pool. Location right on the beach, with great snorkeling right on the doorstep. The family cottage was big enough for our family for a short stay. Lots of great restaurants close by

The bedroom floor was dusty when I arrived because of the sand from the neighboring beach, but otherwise my stay was really nice. Sometimes at night it gets noisy because of a club opened not far from the hotel.

The swimming pool was very nice to swim in and the decoration beautiful. The staff has been very kind helping me to clean my laundry and doing a late check out. I had a great time there.

The room was a little dark & the electricity points were not easy to access…but right on the beach, so still very pleasant.

We booked 2 chalets. There was a bad smell in one of the rooms and the air conditioning didn’t work as well as in the other room. The safes also didn’t work.

The bungalows are very comfortable but a little dark.

Unfortunately the hotel is let down by a neighbouring nightclub which plays extremely loud noise well past midnight on 3 of our 4 nights. (I can't call it music, it was mostly a drum machine thumping into the early hours). If that's your thing, 5*s, but if like us you like to sleep at least 5 or 6 hours per night, this is not the place for you. I hope this hotel, and others badly affected by the nightclub noise, will be able to get a resolution.

The hotel itself was OK. A little tired but rooms were being upgraded, so that will soon have been addressed. The manager was very nice and only too happy to make the guests comfortable. Several of the staff are young Balinese who are being given work experience and encouraged to talk with the guests to learn sufficient foreign languages. This is all very good 👍

Restaurant 2 doors down played loud music until 11 every night and one night until 3am - it was so loud my hut vibrated. definitely not the fault of Turtle Beach Hotel.

Breakfast was fine, we all saw turtles snorkeling in front, massive tick, great pool for kids, other families staying there too, we are a family of 6 so got 2 huts next to eachother, so good value for the price, great warang 100m to the left
