We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the access road and the water pressure in the shower. While the narrow road is indeed a common feature in many parts of Ubud, we understand it can be a bit challenging, and we’re always working on ways to assist guests where possible. We’ll also have our maintenance team check the hot water system to ensure better consistency moving forward.
