Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaSheets needs to be completely cleaned to remove stains or they need to be replaced, there are stains in the mattress in room 201 that are visible even with the sheets on it.
Interestingly located with a dental clinic, there is an ultimate Cat Cafe in the 4th floor where they have 27 cats and I was amazed by the concept. For the room, the pictures they show in this app are actually how the room looks like, loved the lighting and the balcony.

Reasonably nice place. No restaurant, although it states it has one, only a cafe, that only sells coffee nothing else.

Spainthe swimming pool can't be use cause doesn't get any sun and it is seen but the dental clinic rooms.
The room was super clean and modern. A bit small but enough. With all the amenities. The staff cleans the room every day if you like. Close to kuta but not in the centre so you will need a bike. The place is usually quiet and it is perfect if you want to let any dental issue done as they are located in a good dental clinic. Around the area you have supermarkets, gym and night market in walking distance.

BulgariaThe place is something between a dental clinic and a hotel. Rooms are not in great condition and not so clean (again, good for one night during travel, nothing to do there any longer) There is no breakfast, and you cannot get a coffee anywhere around before 11 (i stead of the Nescafé in the room, which is one for double bad room). There is a cat (yes, they have very beautiful cats) coffee with some food at the top level, but it opens 11AM.
Good value if you just need to sleep somewhere for one night. The staff is really polite and speaks good english.

Very nice place with good aircon, wifi and TV with lots of channels. It's in a balinese area and you got everything you need around you. It's quiet, comfy, clean and friendly staff.Even got a shared kitchen with all facilities. And best: if you want to fix your teeth: it's got one of the best dentists right in the hotel with her praxis...very fair prices!!!

United Kingdomdidn’t have bikes for us to rent but we just rented them from nearby not a massive issue to us
so much more than we expected for the price! the rooms were very clean and new. had a kettle with coffee/tea. had a smart tv. a lovely balcony to sit out on. shower was hot! room service each day with fresh towels. had toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste! lovely pool and bar area to sit. located in a dentist which is strange but it worked! beds were so comfy. definitely recommend this place
