the facilities weren't satisfied. 1) we could not use the pool because of the maintenance. we booked this villa because of the pool. they should inform this beforehand. 2) They gave us one broken robe and when we asked for a new one, they didn't have it because it was in the laundry. 3) the cooking pan looks burnt, we asked the staff to clean it, but the staff said it was clean. Then we said why did this villa provide something that we couldn't use? it was burnt and we couldn't use it. then the staff cleaned the pan. it was better but still, we couldn't use it for cooking. 4) there was no cap stock or wardrobe to hang your clothes. We paid for our room including these facilities. You have a great room but these small details really annoyed us. So please improve this.

the room just like in the picture. it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. close to the paddy field. the location was a bit far from the center, it's good if you want a calm place.

We left without knowing where the restaurant was. At night we wanted to turn off the lights in the room to sleep and we were looking for more than an hour where the switch was and it was impossible to find it, it was surreal. We went to reception and there was no one there. We phoned more than 20 times and no one answered. The whole thing was ridiculous. We were alone, no one else, no one else at the front desk, no one else at security...No one. Finally we opted to look for the electricity meter and turned off the switches so we could sleep. It was an absolute disaster. Going to sleep like that with that stress is not worth it.

The room was really beautiful, spacious and with fantastic views.

I can’t complain. It was clean, water was warm, all worked and I was happy to find such a beautiful accommodation. I have stayed in many different hotels and villas etc. around Bali, and this one is a great pick especially when you want to have the rice field experience and prefer a more quiet area. Easy to access with a car and to park.

Pet Friendly accommodation with lots of space. The Bungalow was very nice and just like on the pictures. The bed is vey comfortable. I love the jungle vibe. The area is quiet and you hear the nature which is relaxing and gives you a holiday feeling. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility has 3 different room types in total and all are amazing. The tea and the coffee which was provided in the room was really tasty and not the regular one I know from even more expensive places I stayed. The Umah Lawa Villas is better than the current rating. I stayed only for 2 nights and it was perfect. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Because it’s in nature, don’t be surprised to see ants/little spiders inside the villa. When I arrived, there were some dead ants in the bathroom which could have been cleaned before arrival.

if you’re looking for an interesting location, then it’s the place! Villas are private, located in a little jungle.
