Frankly dirty and not been looked after for a long time. Unlike the photos one whole wall lacked paint and just had insulation boards, bathroom was grotty and an opening above the shower let all the bugs in. A bathroom door would have helped this had there been there.

Beachfront property with glorious sound of waves at night. Helpful staff.

Fridge needed defrosting. A tv would have been nice.

Fabulous location right on the sea front. Only 4 rooms, so it felt cozy. Bed was King size and very comfortable. A/c worked well. My room was in the corner so sheltered from the elements.

If you are looking for beachfront, this property is it. You’re literally looking at the beach by sitting on your bed!

It’s a bit shabby; wallpaper hanging off and broken wardrobe doors. Also, the hot water wasn’t working in my shower, but I did have the option to swap rooms.

The location is fab - you sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves and view of the beach. Rimba cafe is nearby for delicious food. Staff are friendly. Bed is huge and comfy with clean sheets and pillows. Fisherman come and go with their boats from the beach outside.

It's a nice clean room, good air con. A bit noisy and not enough privacy for me. I stayed on a Saturday night and they have live music next door until 11pm. It's not that late for most people, but I go to sleep fairly early - it was a little loud for me. The accom is absolute beachfront - which is great, but also means no privacy. I still enjoyed my stay, the staff were really friendly.

A bit expensive for the room type. No drink water provided. The parking nearby the hotel not really easy as it's in front of a bar.

At first the walk down was through a narrow walkway with sand so hard to navigate...I got over it because I could wake up and dive straight into the water

Location location location.... great place to spend a few days in Amed...had help from locals close by for scooter, snorkeling and good food places... really enjoyed and safe too

Saturday night they have a loud band next door but one night a week only. Great music just loud if you’re trying to sleep! 😴 but they did warn me when I arrived . Cannot fault it just wanted to mention if you stayed on a Saturday night to be aware. Otherwise great!

On the water. Can see sunrise and sunset from the same area! Great value for money! Easy check in. Comfortable room.

It’s a little hard to find down a narrow gravel path

The accommodation was simple - expected from the price - but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is excellent and nearby to many restaurants, bars and spas. The owner was truly fantastic and within five minutes of arriving we had organised a snorkelling tour (which left right in front of the accommodation), a taxi to Padangbai, scooter rental and laundry services - all reasonably priced and efficient.

I messaged that mould makes me ill and can’t have mould in the room . Yet the shower curtain was mouldy and I had to insist they take it down and then discovered on the second morning ( coughing and feeling sick ) that the pillows inside the slip were covered in mould both sides , I was really upset about this . I talked to the other guests and they discovered that their pillows were also very mouldy . I insisted on new pillows and a day later got new ones, I don’t know about the other guests so CHECK your PILLOWS. The bathroom tiles were also dirty and the curtains . The room gets a basic clean but that is it. I found that staff even though they are nice, they seem to sit around a fair bit on their phones and could be cleaning a lot better. The shower is after couple of minutes only boiling hot, can’t get good temperature . There is a bar right next door with very loud music till 11pm but just twice a week so we decided just to join in, The lane to the rooms is very narrow and rough, needs to be paved and cleaned up, impossible to wheel your suitcase down it , the staff carried our big heavy suitcases on their shoulders .

The room was good with a comfortable bed and an air conditioner that cools optimally. Also having a mini bar was nice. The location is brilliant. It’s right on the beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

The rooms could use a facelift and some TLC. The long shoulder-width walkway between two tall cement walls was awkward and a bit daunting at night.

The staff were so attentive and would do anything for you. Offered to clean the room every day while we were there. Always wanting to help with whatever you were doing. So kind and smiling. The family that lives behind these 4 rooms toward the road were so nice and their kids were adorable. Restaurant next door (10 steps away) has great food and will bring it to your room if you want.

General maintenance is due such as wardrobe door but I didn’t need to use it.

Beachfront direct access to the beach, waves. Restaurants along the beach. Located in the heart of Amed. Basic accommodation, super comfy bed, clean, safe. Staff and night guard is friendly and helpful.

no front entrance or lobby. You have to walk though a pub and a bit across dirty sand to get to the room. Coffee maker did not work (minor anoyance). Also, a pretty good local rock band was playing right next door till 11:15. Nice when I wanted to listen to them, but I was tired and the sound was pounding in my room even with my head phones on when I wanted to sleep early. So be aware of the potential for that(that was on a Wed night)

The bed bugs. I got viciously bitten the first night and had to leave. The couple working there retuned my money. They also promissed they will sort the problem. But I went past and there was someone there already the next day. Terrible
