Great location, quiet and only a short walk to the bustling Kuta. Amazingly presented breakfast with all staff going to great lengths to make our staff one to remember.

The KU Villas were located away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were amazing from check in to check out and everything in between. The rooms were clean with ample space and the pool was well utilised. We look forward to returning. Thank you for everything!

The breakfast offered on the hotel is expensive.

The installations were new, comfortable and clean. The hotel offers all type of services and the staff helped us organize all our day trips. They were all very kind and pleasant.

The bed had a part in the middle that was rock solid, but that's it.

The stay was very nice with modern facilities, a comfortable room and a nicely maintained compound. The staff was nice and the location felt very luxurious. Definitely recommend it!

Would be great if there as a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. The mattress was a bit to firm for me (not unusual when travelling) but I was able to get an extra blanket to put under me. For situational awareness for lite sleepers there are lots of roosters near by but this is common for Lombok. Perhaps book one of the pool rooms as I think they would hear it less.

The staff are fabulous! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming it really made it feel like you were coming home to friends/family each day. The location is great, tucked away from the main road but walking distance to a great variety of restaurants and cafes. Organising transport, scooters etc was all super easy. We also did an afternoon at SIWA and it was great.

There are zero things to not like about staying here!

PERFECTION! This is the ideal place to start off a trip in Lombok! The location couldn’t be more ideal! A few minutes walk into kuta on the main strip but down a small side road (which is well lit to walk back at night) so super quiet and relaxing! The place is super safe and the staff are AMAZING! Our stay was completely faultless and couldn’t rate it enough! One of our favourite stays in Lombok and ideal start point to get your barring and have amazing helpful staff who are on what’s app 24/7! Food was also delicious! Amazing location/value for money and so relaxing to say your right in kuta! Defo stay here!

The location and ambience were perfect. Close to main area for bars and restaurants but nice and peaceful. The staff especially Herman, Ivan and Nana were so friendly and helpful and made our stay so special. They are wonderful people. Internet connection

Our stay at Villa Marley was exceptional, perched high on the hill, cut out of the jungle with breath taking views. The villa has a wonderful outdoor area with outdoor seating, bean bags and hammock. The staff really went out of our way to make sure our stay was memorable eg every afternoon they bought us different Indonesian snack which was wonderful and their customer service was impeccable. The villa was well appointed and you needn’t worry about getting transport to the restaurants nearby as the arranged every night for a taxi to take us out and it cost only £1.50, amazing great value for money. If there was a negative it would be problems with internet connection on a daily basis, however this didn’t detract from the enjoyment as it’s nice to put the phones away and relax and enjoying that amazing view. We would recommend Villa Marley a wonderful place to stay in Lombok. To get to Villa Marley and all of our transport in Lombok We cannot express our thanks to Omar, for his support in making our holiday to Lombok so special. This is not the first time we have used him and we can definitely say he is simply the best. It was not easy finding someone back in the UK to help us plan our wonderful holiday and would recommend him as he is first class. We stayed in 4 different locations in Lombok to which we used him to transport us on each stop of our journey Airport to Kuta, Kuta to Senggigi, Senggigi to Gili Islands (this included private boat transfer and horse and car on Gili) Gili to Sempiak and Sempiak to airport and his prices are amazing.On each trip he was always on time, his vehicle is spotless and clean, he is a very good driver who was knowledgable and help us get the best out of Lombok. We had problems with the lock on the door of our room and we weren’t able to lock it. The staff member at reception was busy so we didn’t bother him with it. There was no hair dryer or iron.

The three course breakfast was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a good location. We only stayed one night after spending most of our holiday at Sumbawa.

We loved our stay at KU Villas. The rooms were clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor shower - so beautiful. But most importantly the staff were amazing and made us feel like home. A special thanks to Herman, Ivan, Ratam, Mafus, Arif and miss Rouss. The breakfast was lovely and you should definitely try the Picante pizza! - Lina and Joel, Sweden.

Needs some repair and maintenance work in the Villa. Paint was peeling from the walls, and doors did not close properly.

Great breakfast choices and served fresh. Ideal location within walking distance to Kuta restaurants, but far enough away from the main strip. Pool in the 2 bedroom Villa was excellent. Staff were good with a special shout out to Ivan. He helped us work with the local airport around our lost luggage. Spa was very good. Probably the best of all the treatments (7 + treatments) we had on our trip.

We booked a room with a Private Pool. The outdoor area around the pool was a bit sparse and there was only one sun lounger although it was a double room

The room was very nice, the bathroom is a half outside area connected to the pool which was really nice. The stuff also was very friendly and helpful :)

We stayed in both KU Rooms and also the 2 bedroom villas. I found although clean there was some maintenance work that is needed. The villas in particular are looking tired. The door locks are not good and the kitchen facilities are poor.

The location is very convenient for Kuta shops and restaurants. It also felt very safe. The staff are amazing here and so helpful and kind. The beds are very comfortable and the restaurant menu, though fairly limited is good quality.

loved my stay here. the rooms are spacious and clean, have a small outdoor area and a spacious outdoor shower. the hotel is in a quiet location but still very central. the staff, Herman (front desk), and all the cleaning team, made our stay very relaxing and easy. they arranged all the trips and transfers, had good tips on beaches and local adventures. will be coming back!

All The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make our holiday perfect. The restaurant food was beautifully cooked and presented and served by wonderful friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything was 10/10. We will definately be back and highly recommend Ku villas. The staff organised us airport transfer and scooters before we even left Australia. Beautiful people in a beautiful place.
