Two bedroom split villa was very nice. Big rooms and very comfortable. Towels replaced every day. Good selection for breakfast. Staff lovely and helpful. Location was ok and good value for money. 10-15 walk to the beach.

I feel it’s needs some pressure cleaning and new paint a lot of mould in bathroom and poolside area but that’s my only criticism

I loved that it was away from big tourist hotels but only a 10 minute walk to beach The staff were so helpful and lovely The I house restaurant is delicious great Balinese food which can be delivered to your private villa . The masseuse Shanti is amazing ! And it’s also very quiet 🙏🏼

We were welcomed warmly, eventhough it was nearly midnight when we arrived. Traditional large room, with cool air con working. The private pool was perfect to cool off in, the public swimming pool was beautiful too. It was so lovely to wake in the morning hearing birds chirping, water fountains trickling and the soft sweeping sound of the grounds staff brooms. The service was truly awazing. The images are true to life. It was a pleasure to stay at Visakha Sanur.

31st world problem, but would have liked more shower pressure and pool towels at the pool would have been good. We did have 1 day where we couldnt be sat at a table for breakfast, so sat at a lounge seat in reception.

The small Pool Villas worked very well for us as a family of 4. We had booked two villas because there was not an option with a villa with 4 beds but as we understand Visakha Sanur is expanding with more villas in the future with room for 4 people in one villa. The personnel are very service-minded and both breakfast and cleaning were all to our satisfaction. The placement just south of the busy tourist area worked for us because it was quieter than staying at a hotel at the main tourist area. Taxi service is very cheap so going to the tourist area every day was not a problem. The Visakha Sanur also offers a free shuttle service. We can only recommend staying at Visakha Sanur for a good relaxing holiday.

Couldn’t walk to Sanur easily, but it was a quick taxi ride. Location was nice and quiet though.

Probably just hard location as it was a bit far from the main part no of Sanur - a shuttle service into town or bicycles would be great.

Staff were amazing, so helpful especially since we arrived late and were only staying one night in transit. The rooms were large, huge beds and beautiful private spaces with private pool. The food was awesome too!

The soft furnishings whilst clean were quite worn, could definitely use some new sheets and mosquito nets. The rooms are not very sound proofed so bring ear plugs!

We were greeted very warmly and upgraded to a larger villa. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. They refilled the pool when the filter was making a loud noise and the floating breakfast was fun. We really appreciated having a private space to enjoy. A short taxi ride from Sanur, which has lots of great dining options and bars and a nice beach.

Bit of construction noise nearby and some bad live music coming from the beach but a bit of noise is pretty normal in Bali and didn’t really bother us too much

Property is a distance from centre. However they provide a sutttle service into centre. They arrange for a motorbike rental. Using Grab or Gojek to town is cheap anyway.

The manager, receptionist, kitchen staffs aŕe all nice and make us feels welcome. The property is well kept and clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast was excellent.

Even with the shuttle service, the location is away from a lot of cafes and restaurants. We found ourselves catching more taxis than usual which adds to costs, but we were fully aware of this when we booked. There was some noise from construction happening next door, and we could hear the bypass most nights. In our first week we had some nocturnal visitors outside at night (bats) who would leave a mess, but the staff were quick to clean it up each day.

We stayed for 2 weeks - the second week we were in a larger room which we preferred. It had a large bedroom, bathroom and outdoor living area. We especially loved the large private pool. The breakfast was great with different options and a nice location by the main pool. The staff were friendly and helpful ably led by Jay, who was on hand daily for a chat and advice about Sanur. We used the shuttle service regularly.

Water pressure

The staff was sooo sweet and helpful! I had a garden room and it could use a little tlc. I had booked this place for the bath after long travel but the water pressure wasn't sustainable to successfully use the bath. The location was great, the breakfast in the morning, and communal pool all great. All in all I would highly recommend and would stay again. I had a very comfortable stay. 😌 also the bed was very comfortable.

It would have been great to have mosquito nets over the beds. We got bitten to pieces. The shower pressure wasn’t great.

It’s a beautiful property, we had a suite with a private pool which was wonderful. Absolutely loved it. Excellent breakfast too. Staff were exceptional.
