SingaporeTwin room did not have a heater. Bathroom essentials such as toothpaste, toothbrush was not provided. For a twin room, only one towel was given. Housekeeper did not knock before entering the room. Toilet did not have a flush, required to flush with pail water. No heater was provided in the twin room, upgrade was needed.
Staff were helpful, arranged our trip from parapat to berastagi. Though they tried to persuade to get a better room.

The price is good. For 150K rupiah u can get the big room and quite good location.

AustraliaUpon arriving I was asked to pay the same amount as original booking price if I wanted hot water. On the website there is no mention of this. I was also told I could not use my bank card even though they had the device. I was shown to my room and it does look very nice, especially for budget accommodation. There is a jug in online pictures but this is just for show and very misleading no cups or instant tea or coffee. The rooms window is in the main walkway to restaurant, no black out curtains so quite a light room when dark and no soundproofing . No toilet paper. The worst is that the room although quite nice especially for budget accommodation was dirty. The bathroom smelled disgusting and there was grime on toilet and tiles. The worst of it was the mattress that had an awful odour of ammonia. No point complaining or trying to sort it out as the staff were quite inexperienced and between them not knowing what to do and language barriers, communicating was pointless. Budget accommodation is usually basic but there are basic standards in cleanliness and service. This hotel does not meet those standards.

Polandservice was really bad. The service was dishonest, despite paying in cash during check-in, the hotel charged my credit card used when booking on booking.com. I do not recommend.

AustraliaThe worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They cheat you and lie. 1st - the hotel isn't even at the right place on the maps and is on the other side of town. tried to call the hotel to find out where they are and the phone is disconnected. It would take someone 2 seconds to fix this on google maps. we only found it by chance and lucky there was a photo of the hotel 2nd - check in to find the rooms don't have air con as stated on here and no hot water. then they try to make us pay extra to upgrade to a room which has air con and hot shower and we refused. they finally give in and the room didn't even have aircon!! not even a fan. the room was a sweat box 3rd - now we want to pay and they say they don't take credit card and want cash! we don't have enough with us and I said I added my card to the booking you sort it out with booking.com and they don't budge. in the end they said we can pay by PayPal which we did but the payment got stuck pending on their end. Found out the PayPal account is just a personal account of the staff! nothing to do with the hotel. looks like PayPal marked their account as suspicious so wouldn't release the money so then they took my wife's licensee and refused to give it back until the payment clears. hours later or still hadn't so we paid cash and then they stil wouldn't give her licence back! 4th- the rooms were disgusting. one towel, no soap and the sheets hadn't been changed! found two pubic hairs on them! the towel was also smelly 5th - the only redeeming quality being the hot shower was taken away when there was no hot water for a shower in the morning The staff were rude and arrogant they knew they were wrong and didn't care and refused to let us speak to a manager. they even claimed they had nothing to do with booking.com but they had my booking details!

GermanyDisappointing. Hotel is not at the location shown at the booking.com map, the bedsheets were covered in something red (blood?). Staff are nice and rooms spacious, but that’s about it. I was also asked to pay 60k more than listed on here.
