Our twin room had 2 bunk beds but no windows, just bricks letting some light through - we didn't get this from the description of the room nor from the photos. So we felt we were mislead by the photos Breakfast was included, but it was small. But it took the guy preparing the breakfast ages to get tea and coffee done ....

The location cannot be better, great restaurants close by, even a pedestrian area! Great vibe on the plaza in the evening. We loved it. The staff was superb and super friendly - their English skills were outstanding 👏

I just realized that because it's near tourist attractions, the cost of Gojek/Grab increases a lot when requesting from the hostel. It costs me quite a lot. Unfortunately the bathroom is outside and far. Thats quite a bummer. The facilities can be cleaned better please. I am Indonesian but I believe you guys can do better. It has many dusts, dirty wall. The space for hanging wet clothes is at 3rd floor, my room is on 2nd floor, it seems not proper enough as if just "a space in the corner". Many tiles on the floor is also broken. Glasses, cutleries are limited.

Near tourist attractions, spacious common area. Comfy mattress. Very friendly staffs. The hidden locker inside the capsule is smart. The long hanging rack and hooks inside it is also great. The cute cat. Restaurant for breakfast is very clean and comfy. Love it.

Main issue was probably that the aircon doesn't worked very well so the room feels hot & it really avoid to sleep well. Dorms are honestly very basic & a bit old but clean. Basically everything is just old & maybe needs new equipments a bit more furnitures to gives vibes for a hostel. Beds are really simple. Bathrooms needs maybe to be a bit modern & renewed.

Regrettably the facilities are not in the best condition but still OK. The bathroom has seen better days but it was still relatively clean and absolutely fine for 1 or 2 nights.

Super kind stuff!!! The location is also good as it is close to Chinatown and not too far from the airport.

The ladder 🪜 to the top bed is hard to climb on and off, i almost fell twice, so please try to improve that and make a grip at the other side of the bed to improve more safety.

The staff are very helpful and super friendly, i like the mutual areas on the 2nd floor and the main floor. I like the entertainment there, such as the Netflix service and Billiards.

It is a really great location where you can go to the museum and also have bus stops and train stations nearby. Also, it was nice to have cue sports when I stayed five days, I played with other travelers.

As this was my first stay in Indonesia and buzzling Jakarta, I really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They even advised me on a new, more local app to get my departing train to Yogyakarta sorted. I also got a washing done with them, and although I normally do not like receiving scented laundry back, this time it was actually very nice and I loved the smell. The hostel is perfectly situated for the old town area and the beds very nice, comfortable and good to shut with a curtain to allow for a peaceful sleep. I admit that I first thought the smell in the room was a bit strange and moldly, however once inside one would hardly be bothered.

The people at the lobby are very nice! The beds were private and comfortable. You have a locker near your sleeping place too so you can store all your luggage in there. The commun room is also nice, you have a lot of things that can keep you busy. The bathrooms aren't very hygienic, so wear slippers when you shower or other things...

The location is pretty good near the old town and not far from a bus stop. There’s plenty to eat in the area and reaching the city center (near Monas) is also doable using a Grab motorbike taxi. Room was clean and airco was working fine. Shower and restroom were ok, can’t expect too much either for the price. Filtered water is available in the kitchen and staff were helpful. Overall good value for money.

The lockers in the capsule are a bit noisy when you open it (can be a provei during the night) The prepaid breakfast was different everyday. So no suitable for everyone. One day Rice only other days fruits only.

Very clean and plenty of cosy spaces to relax. I also loved the privacy of the cubicle beds and that there were separate female dorms. And the terrace was beautiful. I arrived jet lagged and slept in. The kind staff left the ac on in my room even though the signs say they turn it off after 11am.

The room or the bed has privacy but for me it’s a bit too small and cramped. Especially if you are in the top bunk like me, it’s not easy to get on and out the bed with the tiny ladder.

If you miss breakfast, they can't serve it later. In our culture, breakfast is served later than usual, and the smell was a bit unpleasant because of other guests. Other than that, everything else was good.

I liked that there were different activities at the hostel, and the staff were friendly.

The cleanliness of the bathroom can definitely be improved.

We needed a place to sleep of the Jetlag after our arrival in Jakarta. We booked the room with private bathroom. The room itself was ok. The mattresses were old and worn out. The bathroom was - I dont mean to say dirty - but it was not clean. Maybe this.is standard in Jakarta. But with that rating and that price, I was expecting something else. Every other place we stayed in later on was far better - simple, but clean. But it did the job. Like I said, I was expecting something else. Would try another place next time visiting Jakarta. The breakfast was nice. That's a plus.
