The toilet vent from the upper room has been releasing a bad smell into our bedroom at night, making it uncomfortable

I stayed 1 night in a room, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the same experience, the room had a very bad smell.

I stayed 3 nights in the villa, and it was absolutely perfect in every way, my recommendation: the villa is excellent and highly recommended.

Balcony’s sliding door needed to have rubber seal to tighten up and prevent insects from coming inside. Bathroom needs ventilation

Very Clean and well maintained. Nice view of the valley Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was getting cleaned every day Fresh juice was very refreshing and tasty Reasonable food price.

No many options for breakfast , the pool water temperature was cold so we couldn’t swim

Very clean and calm , perfect place to relax and reconnect with the nature , the staff were very kind and helpful , the booking of our destinations were done through the resort and this has helped us a-lot, it is ideal fir families , we booked private suite with 2 master rooms , was excellent for our kids aged 7&9 years , our smaller kid 4 years needed to stay in our room cause the stairs between the rooms are out side , we live it a lot and the kids didn’t want to leave

Only thing was it’s quite far away from Ubud / things to do in the area like Tegallalang. Expect 1hr drive + with traffic

Very clean, beautiful pool (we booked the private suite double room which had a private infinity pool), lovely staff and good food. Felt like such a treat ordering room service (can be breakfast, lunch or dinner) and eating overlooking the jungle.

It's a great place, we were in the normal room, then we upgraded, we stayed in the villa with a private pool, the staff is very helpful, very friendly, the hotel is clean and the location is very good, it is far to travel in the forest, but we always used a taxi. I recommend it, we were very satisfied.

My only concern are the "Geckos" they can get easily to your room through the balcony up even if it's closed

The location was very good, with peaceful surroundings. The pool was refreshing and clean. They make up your room and get you 2 fresh towels every day. The food in the accommodation is good. They offer scooter rental and loundry. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much and would highly recommend it to others as well. It was exceptional. Thank you!

The Yanyan resort was amazing! Everything was perfect from the jungle view to the extremely kind staff. They were always very helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped and very neat and clean. They clean the room daily so it is clean all the time.
