There was a hiccup during check-in when the hotel assigned us a smoking room even though we hadn’t requested one. The non-smoking option should be made available on Booking.com. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to move us to a different room immediately. Also, this hotel has around 20 floors, but the four lifts provided are not sufficient. It took us nearly 10–15 minutes of waiting just to get down to the lobby.

The location is very close to my relative’s ceremony. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Jakarta, which means it’s quite convenient for getting around. We’re aware of the MRT construction work in front of the hotel that causes some traffic, but it doesn’t really bother us

That our stay was too short due to the multiple delays of the flight timing.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Yello Hotel Harmoni. The staff were helpful and friendly, and despite our very late check-in arriving at the hotel past midnight, they made sure everything was smooth, and our clean room and comfy beds were ready to welcome our exhausted bodies and minds. The bright and cheerful ambience certainly helped loads! The breakfast spread after a few brief hours of resting was another welcome aspect of our stay there. The fun and quirky decor helped to perk up our moods. Thank you very much, Yello Team! Will certainly visit again when we are next in Jakarta.

Excellent hotel with all amenities and room facilities required for an overnight stay or longer.  Had a "little glitch" with the air conditioning and fridge not working correctly - solution by Danu at reception solved by offering replacement room within minutes!  Convenience of ATM, small shopping mall complete with Indomaret supermarket, coffee bars & restaurants as well as a "SUBWAY" with excellent sandwich choices and Indonesian cuisine restaurants and street food vendors within seconds from leaving the hotel! Note - the actual hotel is above Harmoni Exchange Shopping Plaza on floors 7 (reception) -29. For wines & alcoholic drinks check out "Browns & Spirits" in Plaza Menteng (walking distance from Bandar HI) with more "reasonable" prices than the wine shop in the nearby Mall!!  Breakfast charge of 120,000 Rp far too high!! Almost 25% of the total the room cost!!! Considering location and availability of much cheaper nearby options - eating out definitely a preferred option!  But so far as the accommodation and room facilities are concerned - Yello Hotel Harmoni definitely "A little gem in Jakarta, Indonesia"!!

The shower can feel a bit outdated, but it is still fine.

The service of the staff, they are very friendly. We could also enter our room earlier then expected. For our honeymoon they made towel swans on the bed and we got a surprise once we settled in our room.

1. Although the hotel provided washed towels (possibly not washed enough) everyday, but these were very smelly (they should replace these with new ones and use fragrant detergents).

1. Good location, but the main road in the front is usually congested as the MRT is under construction. However, the hotel is accessible from the smaller roads in the backside as well, 2. Helpful and smiling staff, 3. Neat and clean good sized rooms, 4. Very good and elaborate breakfast! 5. Taxis available just within the compound, 6. The building is a complex with another hotel and a small mall with restaurants, shops, and a supermarket, 7. The Indonesian restaurant next door (Padang Merdeka) remains open till midnight with a lot of food options!

It's a very colourful hotel full of interesting artworks, many made from recycled material. The staff were were very friendly and helpful.

Their buffet has very limited menu. Specially at the dinner. It’s not value for the money.

Location is good . Clean and comfortable . Staff also friendly. Hotel provides good wifi access. Ground has a groceries and some restaurants.

Did not stay long enough to find anything to complain about.

Was allowed to checkin on the day of the checkout for a few hours with extension upto 1pm of the checkout time to give me time to rest and freshen up. Checkin n checkout were smooth. Hotel has all facilities that an international traveller may require, although I did not reach in time for breakfast and hence can't comment on the spread or quality. There is a small food court on ground floor with a subway besides other options. The only vegan meal I had the entire trip.

I have a very good stay. The staff was amazing. There is a good choice for breakfast . There is also a lot of facilities in the hotel. The hotel is within a mall so very pratical also

Major issue: Smell of cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room (from the ventilation). Minor point: The music in the elevators was occasionally so loud that I had to use my fingers to close my ears.

Everything was good

Hotel is located in the centre of Jakarta, close to all attractions, in a modern skyscraper. At the ground floor there are some restaurants(great satay) and shops. Breakfast was tasty. There were some omelettes and other hot dishes. Mostly Asian cuisine. My room was spacious and had a great view. I even got some sweets for being the “guest of the day”.

A very nice hotel with a lot of cute decorations. I booked a room with a view to Monumen Nasional (Monas), however the view was not optimal due to a construction work. So it was not possible to enjoy the view. The hotel has a small gym, but it was enough and is well maintained. The breakfast was great, with a lot of food variation.

The room that was confirmed by Booking.com was actually already canceled without informing me beforehand. They pushed me to the adjacent Vertu hotel which was pricier and made me pay the difference.

I can only comment for Vertu hotel, which I was forced to book at. Vertu is Clean and spacious. Food options for breakfast are aplenty.

Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner options and a fun, themed interior. The location was ok - not that much around in terms of shops (a couple of fast food spots and a Starbucks), but the bus stop is nearby and the hotel is attached to a small mall with Subway and coffee shops and more. Great stay!
