Liked the spacious room and bathroom, excellent bed. Very helpful staff. The balcony was spacious enough, but a (city) view can only be gained by standing up because of the fact that the balcony wall was so high built and on top it a safety fence blocks a clear view. Normally warm breakfast dishes like nasi goreng were served cold.

The staff made of young people speaks English very badly and are not very helpful. We asked to check if a shop was open and to ask if they had a specific item. They answered to take a taxi and go there. We explained that we would prefer if they call before, they replied that we could do it from our phone (we just had data connection not voice one). Finally they tried to call but, of course .... there was no answer. We dared to ask to find another shop of that kind, we just got a Google screenshot and the answer is closed you can go there. Hopeless!!!

Very busy area, and therefore noisy from the room. Staff did not speack english and eas difficult to communicate with them, and it was not possible to pay by card. I would not repeat neither recommend it.

The floor of our room was very dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was no WiFi when we arrived. The staff created a hotspot to use WiFi in the area downstairs but during our whole stay we didn't have internet in our room.

A spacious room with a big, comfortable bed and a large common area downstairs. Location is OK, there are some supermarkets in the neighbourhood and the main sightseeing places are not too far.

Poor room maintenance, no pressure in shower, floor tiles of shower not letting water drain n smelly towels. Reception staff did not knew ABC of the local area. Cold breakfast giving an impression of staled food. Overall Hygiene needs improvement.

Comfortable hotel, close to Cikini Train Station. Friendly staff. Room was a good size, clean with a very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast included in price.

- Loud noises at night don't let you sleep properly. There are constant train signals and prayers nearby - Air con in some rooms is very loud, hard to sleep at night. Also blows on your bed. - No fridge in the room - Workspace in the room is deceiving, chair too low for the table, so you can't really work in the room - They initially put me in a tiny room first, and I had to insist to put me in the same room as in the pictures - They have the most useless staff I have ever seen in any hotel! Their staff mostly doesn't speak English, is clueless about everything, and constantly fu*k things up for you. One day after cleaning they didn't put a new bathroom mat in. Do you know how many times I had to ask for the bathroom mat until they delivered it? 8! 8 fricking times! Throughout the day I asked 4 different people! I even had to come down and shout at them about it and it still didn't help! Can you imagine asking for something 8 times before you get it? That's not all. I wanted to have a 2nd access card, and it kept stopping to work all the time! I had to come down at least 2 or 3 times a day for them to fix the card, and it would either not work, or would stop working in a few hours! Imagine how frustrating that it! That applies to everything, they lost my laundry bag and again, it took forever and many requests to finally get it back, they can't help with anything, and so on and so forth. They most useless bunch ever! There is no training or quality control for the stuff here whatsoever!

No issues!

The staff at Zia Sanno were excellent. From the security guard to the receptionists, they were very helpful and thoughtful. They helped us with scooter rental, local recommendations and a seamless journey back to the airport, and were approachable and friendly. The room we had was clean, comfortable, with a small balcony and air-conditioning. It's central and we were able to explore a few different areas from there as a base. Just what we were looking for at a very reasonable price for the area.
