If I'm just staying for a couple nights, I don't need my bed made or new towels, etc., etc. I just need the coffee and tea replenish. When I came back to the room in the evening, there was a small bag hanging on the door with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in it. How thoughtful is that. Normally, I just take them from the trolly on the way out.”
