“Bernie goes above and beyond as a host. The accommodation was beautiful and cosy. The atmosphere was welcoming and homey. The town of Dromineer is right on the lakeside and the house is a ten minute walk from a sauna/ lake swim cafe. As well as all this, Bernie provides a kitchen that she had very well stocked for breakfast bits. Thanks a million for a lovely break away <3”
“Probably the best place we have stayed in. Bernie is an excellent host, made us feel very welcome, couldn't do enough for us. Added bonus is the self service breakfast, we were not expecting this, bacon, eggs, sausages, cereals, Yoghurt, toast, tea, coffee, juice. Our room and ensuite were spotless. We had a fridge in our room and milk, tea, coffee, cereals, toaster, crackers , microwave and kettle. The outdoor glamping/camping area is amazing. We attended a wedding nearby in Ashley Park House and a shuttle bus brought us back to the bed and breakfast that night. Bernie dropped us to the hotel next morning to collect our car and gave us a tour of the local area , great views of Lough Derg. We would highly recommend Salmon Island View.”
