“The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We arrived soaked after a day of hiking & our wet clothes were taken & dried in the boiler room & we were given 2 umbrellas to keep dry over & back to the hostel. The use of the spa & restaurant is a very welcome added bonus & the food was lovely - especially the overnight oats!”
