“Met by cold reception staff, cold bedroom but beautifully decorated, which I said to even colder receptionist on departure, twice, as she ignored me the first time. Do your staff have an issue with hardworking solo women travellers, I felt unwelcome from the start. Was meeting my American friend who’s visiting the area, your bar manager has a problem with me asking for a quieter table, away from children I was glared at, and then we had to endure awful old bad music blaring, we couldn’t hear one another speak, only the lovely waitress with the pink hair saved us. Having to pay 10€ for breakfast to the room on top of 169€ single occupancy is disgraceful.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
