  • The Newbury Review score: 7.4

“We arrived on our bikes, hotel couldn't have been more helpful storing them and showing us our rooms Great hot water and BATHS fantastic 👌”

  • “The location, price and food.”

  • Annebrook House Hotel Review score: 8.8

    “The spacious apartment”

  • “Met by cold reception staff, cold bedroom but beautifully decorated, which I said to even colder receptionist on departure, twice, as she ignored me the first time. Do your staff have an issue with hardworking solo women travellers, I felt unwelcome from the start. Was meeting my American friend who’s visiting the area, your bar manager has a problem with me asking for a quieter table, away from children I was glared at, and then we had to endure awful old bad music blaring, we couldn’t hear one another speak, only the lovely waitress with the pink hair saved us. Having to pay 10€ for breakfast to the room on top of 169€ single occupancy is disgraceful.”

  • “Beautiful surroundings and gorgous food. Clean and comfortable and great staff.”
