“Gleesons Townhouse in Roscommon is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will be returning again sometime in 2026.
The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. For example, for one night our friend who was without a room (until the following day) was allowed to stay in our room, with a mattress on the floor and full bedding provided.
The breakfast was superb with so much choice and locally sourced produce. Chef's own homemade soda bread made daily!
Location for what I needed was just perfect.
Our friend had her 70th Birthday meal there with a group of 14 - no lengthy wait for meals to be brought out - again, excellent quality and very good value too!
