On my stay we had some really lovely weather and with a wedding to attend I asked to borrow a fan and iron which I had brought up to my room within minutes with no extra charge. “The friendliness of the staff, in particular at Reception, was outstanding. The receptionist remembered my first name straight away and greeted me personally every time we met him. We had a small problem, which they looked into and helped us straight away. We felt very well looked after, they interacted beautifully with my 10 year old and made her feel very special, staying in this lovely hotel. We loved the bedroom, it was superb, modern and clean. Of course, we loved the pool and spa facilities! Staff there were very polite and attentive, too. The breakfast had an excellent range and was delicious!”
