Master bed was very uncomfortable, it should be suited upstairs also with the ensuit bathroom. Also to be near smaller children. The downstairs shower couldn't be used as the clip holding the shower hose was broken. All radiators where turned off, we didn't realise until we thought heating wasn't working. The smell of kerosene downstairs was horrible for awhile. All in all nice house but a good bed is essential! Great location to explore south Kerry.

The house we arrived at (right on the picture) had a strong smell of oil as something was wrong with the boiler. The owner was very quick to respond and let us stay in the house on the left. She also checked in on us by text after the storm, which was very sweet. We had never seen individual water heaters for the showers. Quite interesting. It was quite comfortable in the house, easy to park the car and get settled in. We were able to cook with all the utensils and dishes provided. All in all, a good stay.

We are a tall family, so our feet stuck out from under the sheets and they weren't as wide as we wanted, but sleeping was still comfortable enough on our backs. The shower downstairs didn't warm up, but luckily the showers upstairs worked without a hitch. One room seems to have water damage? Dunno, I forgot to take a picture, but the other rooms are A-OK. The Wi-Fi is in the house on the right and doesn't quite penetrate the walls to have complete coverage of both houses. If you have a European data plan, that isn't a problem though.

The solitude. It was quiet, comfortable and with good access to the beach.

Not much. Having to take our rubbish with us after our trip was a bit of a pain, but the house was very comfortable so it more than made up for it.

This is a gorgeous semi detached house so close (2 mins) to a perfect swimming spot and also some nice walks. It’s very spacious has 3 bathrooms and is one of the cleanest houses I have ever stayed in. Simple decor but I picked some wild flowers and put my rug on the sofa to cheer it up. Buy some firewood and bring it with u for the cosy stove.

The cooker is ancient so not great for cooking and the tumble dryer didn’t dry my clothes. Given the rate of €200 per night this needs to be addressed.

Location was excellent, looking over Bray Head view point. It was even more fabulous in the night as we could see the sky filled with stars! It was truly an amazing experience.

The proximity to the beach was nice. The area was beautiful and it was nice to not be in the city for a change.

    It didn’t feel cozy.

Really spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, and lovely views. Good communication with the host, clear directions etc. Would stay again and recommend to others. The location is great, 5mins drive (~30min walk) to Portmagee harbour, if doing the Skelligs trip.
