Absolutely no complaints!

Immaculately clean and beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood that was within walking distance of City Center. Public bus stop only 2 blocks away. Breakfasts were amazing! What made this property even more amazing was the host, Vinny. There are not enough stars to give to him. I am traveling with my elderly mother and Vinny went out of his way to assist in her comfort and enjoyment of Galway. When I return to Galway, I will return to this lodge with fond memories.

I would have loved a choice of poached eggs and toast for breakfast. Or maybe an omelette maker. Or a waffle maker. Just a suggestion.

Everything was fine - no complaints

Vinnie was a fantastic host and gave great recommendations. The accommodation was clean and as promised. It is in a quiet part of town, near beaches and the Salthill Prom, about a 10 minute walk to town. You can walk from the bus or train station and to the docks if taking a ferry. Breakfast was delicious, and Vinnie made us feel welcomed and at home. Thank you!

This may have been our favorite place to stay during our trip to Ireland, which is saying a lot because we visited some great places! It felt like visiting a friend in Galway - seeing their lovely home, being welcomed with chocolates, and having a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore. Vinny was incredibly welcoming and helpful with recommendations, and we were also fortunate to meet his lovely friend Ciarán who helped us check-out on our last day.

High standard. The location was wonderful, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and town. Lovely building, nicely decorated inside. Vinnie was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, cozy and quiet. Very nice Continental Breakfast. I was looking to destress and left feeling refreshed and rested. ♥️

The accommodation was very warm and inviting, the room was rustic with a modern touch, the continental breakfast had an excellent selection, the manager Vinny was very attentive and provided great recommendations for places to visit in the city, and the location was convenient. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The room can be warm in summertime. We needed to open roofwindow even in October. Breakfast was small disapointment.

Great, peaceful location. Managed to park at the yard. Supermarket nearby and restaurants as well. The room was clean and nice. Wellcoming water bottles and some chocolate🙂

Only slight problem with the position of the toilet as we were in the attic room and my partner is tall and he kept hitting his head on the wall 🤣

Realistically, the room ended up feeling too small for two people - to the point we had trouble navigating around the room or managing our belongings. The bathroom was very small and directly next to the bed so there wasn't any privacy, if you catch my meaning. The coziness somewhat made up for that, since the room was very aesthetically pleasing, but especially for older travelers I could see the room size being an issue. The only other issue we had was that the wifi was down while we were there, which caused us some issues, but this seemed to be Vodafone's fault, not Vinny's.

Our room at the lodge was super cozy and cute! I think it would be really ideal for a solo traveler. Vinny was an incredibly helpful and thoughtful host, he really went out of his way to help us with an issue we were facing and felt very available to help. Breakfasts were really nice, and in general the location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the action downtown.
