We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 3-bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet estate in Bruff. From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. John was incredibly responsive and always just a call away if we needed anything, which gave us real peace of mind. The location was perfect — peaceful and family-friendly, yet within walking distance to the town, which had everything we needed for our stay. The house itself was spotless, with clean, tidy rooms and a warm, welcoming feel. We stayed over Easter and it suited us perfectly, with plenty of space and comfort for the whole family. This place really ticked all the boxes — great location, excellent host, and ideal for families. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful House in a quite residential estate. House was warm, clean & spacious. We stayed at Holloween so the kids went trick or treating around the estate & got loads of treats from the kind neighbours. The owner John gave us our space but was in contact via text to make sure we were OK & if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable he was available but he could not of done any more. Will definitely return

The house was exactly what we expected and loved the area! We only got to stay one night but would definitely return in the summer. The hosts were so helpful, there had been a bad snow storm and we received road condition updates in the days leading up to our trip down to Bruff. A great location base for day trips in the surrounding area. Highly recommend

Fantastic property. Everything you need is there. Short walk into town in a lovely quiet estate. The owners are absolutly lovely and went above and beyond to help us- the best hosts we have ever had. Gave us loads of great recommendations. House was spotless, well maintained, warm and fully equipped, Thank you very much for an amazing stay. We would definitely recommend.

The owner John, and his family were wonderful. Could not have asked for a better host. We got to see parts of Ireland, and do things your normal traveler's would not get to see or do. Like going to a Hurling game. An old beautiful lake, church, and cemetary that dated back to the time of thr potato famine. Excellent vacation thanks to John, and their family. Highly recomend. Good facilities. Well equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 2 doubles and two singles. One room ensuite, one family bathroom and downstairs toilet. Room for two cars off road.

We were on holiday as a family. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. There is everything you need for accommodation, there is a hairdryer and iron. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner of the house is polite and attentive.
