Voted best bed and shower hotel on our 2 week trip!

Pretty good walk from bus/train.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. And nice room too, quite spacious with all the amenities you need. We stayed there on a road trip.

They ran out of parking spaces, so we parked on the street just in front of the hotel. No big deal for us since it is free overnight and Limerick seems to be quite a safe city, but I guess some people would prefer access to secure parking.

Originally booked for 8 people. Amended booking to 6 people. Still got charged for 8 people.

Clean and tidy

Sadly it rained and we didn’t get to explore the area as much as we wanted. A little too expensive for what it offered

Nice clean and breakfast was lovely

The bedroom was very loud inside because could hear everything from people using the lift going up and down, the speaker coming from the lift, people out cleaning the rooms and people at the lift speaking, all through the night and early hours in morning.

Lovely breakfast and nice bedroom. Liked the Nespresso machine in the room too. Hotel position was great, and parking was good and felt secure. Receptionist was really good and informative about places to access.

Air conditioning unit in our room was rather noisy, so needs some attention! Didn't like that the towels in the bathroom were hanging over the toilet - lack of places to hang your towels. Traffic noise unfortunately, but to be expected due to location (of course we could have had windows shut, but like fresh air!)

Very clean and we were fortunate to get upgraded to one of your suites which was amazing. Only problem was we did t have enough time to enjoy it

The staff were very friendly and professional, they spoke with there customers. It felt homely. It was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Nothing that I can think of

The hotel location is easily accessible and within walking distance of attractions. The staff is fantastic and helpful, and breakfast was excellent.

The shower closet could be larger.

Room was exceptionally clean, property located by the river with a view and is walking distance to town.

Aircon was noisy and warm.

Not enough car spaces

Breakfast very good with a great view!
