No air con in rooms. Fans available but through the night they would turn off and ud wake up with heat to turn them back on again

Staff were very nice but sometimes you had to ask a few people particularly at breakfast for certain things .

Breakfast and food in the bar was lovely. We are ate at the Italian another night and food wasn’t amazing. Hotel was absolutely amazing for our kids they have literally thought of everything from swimming pool to movie room, kids club, activities, in door play centre outdoor playground petting farm go carting and crazy golf it was just amazing . 10 min walk to Gorey. We will definitely be back.

The soft play area was very grubby, with bigger kids running in and out. Not happy to put baby on unclean floor. The outside area is underwhelming. Very small pet farm although the playground was a good size.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the coffee dock is handy and adds something extra. The main dining hall was very child friendly with boot style seating. Fab food and staff. The room was spacious and clean.

Pool water did not feel clean, the room and bathroom facilities had a lot wear and tear. Would have been nice to have family changing facilities.

Only one double socket at bedside,had to ask for an extension lead and another bedside lamp, only one in the executive room apparently all rooms are the same, round pin sockets in abundance. Coffee at breakfast not great ask for an americano , also if you like an omelette or poached eggs ask your server,there is no signage stating this

When trying to get into the rooms, the card wouldn't work the first time. I had to take a good few attempts before it opened, and we had kids that needed naps and were getting very impatient.

Had good entrainment for the kids. Food the burger place was unreal and great service on our last night 29th of April at half eight. Easy access to all activities, playgrounds, and that.

A couple of small, easily fixed type of things. Pillows were awful.. very hard... impossible to get comfortable. No toiletries in the room which I just think is a nice touch in every hotel. The food was absolutely beautiful but the deserts were served in a small glass tumbler. I think it just made it seem really cheap looking... In the room I was in, when having a shower, the water wasn't draining out of the bath properly so I was standing with the water above my ankles. And the only other thing was the gaming room isn't open midweek which I think is bad because your paying almost as much for a midweek stay as you are a weekend. I just think all the facilities should be operational. Other than those things it was fantastic and we will definitely visit the hotel again.

Its brilliant for kids. So much for them to do.

They are a family- friendly hotel. Staff are lovely with the children. As parents, we didnt have to worry about upsetting staff/ other guests if the kids were a bit loud.

No bathrobes as mentioned on the booking. Toiletries were basic and limited. Stain on one pillow case so i just didn't use it. Bathroom could have done with a good spring clean. Jacuzzi bath looked dated (would have preferred a standard bath). It also took far too long to try and fill so i gave up. Hot chocolate sachet's would have been a nice touch. I had to slam the window's to try and close them. Bedside furniture was badly scuffed/damaged. However overall the hotel was good.

Great location. Short walk into the town centre. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Very good breakfast choice. The room was spacious. Bar food was very tasty with good service.

The Hotel name sign at turn into hotel is not clearly visible after dark for those who are on their first visit. A back light to the word Springs would help.

Beautiful hotel, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The room was spotless and very comfortable. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the time we arrived. Great facilities.

The children’s entertainment facilities could use a facelift, the play park is old and battered and needs upgraded as well as the soft play. Personally I feel animal farms should be a thing of the past and not really necessary. That being said my little boy had plenty to keep him occupied, we enjoyed the go carts, mini golf and the pool. If you guys removed the farm and created a really lovely park with zip lines, climbing frames and things suitable for young and older children this would be amazing. One other thing I noticed was that you have a beautiful feature pond in garden with fish which is a nice feature, however it’s full of plastic balls and bottles. I think some signage is needed to deter people from doing this and maybe keep it free of debris. My final observation was that your steam is not very steamy or hot, I’m not sure if this was just the time I visited or if it actually requires attention.

This hotel is perfect for a short break with children. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Dinner was nice in the bar except for my partners dinner. He ordered a roast beef dinner and the beef was so tough he couldn't even bite through it. It was like it was left sitting there all day under heat it became so dry and inedible. However the staff were lovely and very pleasant to deal with. We will be back again 😊

Damp smell all over the hotel. I think it was the carpets. Defo needed deep clean. Jacuzzi didn’t work no tv remote. Poor for the price

Seeing the poor goat and sheep depressed and dirty in the back. Their heads were pressed against walls. The jets didnt work in our tub. The swimming pool is far too small ... we were constantly touching other people ..a boy rubbed my daughters leg and she got a bit upset about it. There is room to the back and side to extend out the pool. We love getting in a proper swim in a good pool.

The mini golf. The playground. The food in the Farina Italian restaurant. The upgrade to a bigger room. The breakfast. Sitting on the balcony after breakfast with a cup of tea and relaxing.
