Nothing to really dislike as everything went above my expectation levels. If I am nitpicking then maybe the bathroom could do with a slight modernisation.

Amazing hospitality & attention to detail some of the best I have come across in Ireland the proprietors attention to detail really stands out. The sit down breakfast is certainly within my top 5 and a highlight of my stay, in the wonderful surrounds of Zoe’s Bistro. Great spread from start to finish and unbelievable service throughout.

I had a lovely relaxing weekend at Zoe Accommodation. Greg and Barbara were just so nice and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing. I'm happy to recommend Zoe's to all my friends and family.

That our stay was not a bit longer.

The apartment was brilliant and very spacious. Everything you needed was there. The beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning that was superb, not so much a breakfast, but more of a fine dining experience, and the pancakes were the best we have ever had. We were met by Greg, who was very informative about the local area and places to visit.

Greg & Barb are absolutely lovely. Great facilities, location is fantastic to all shops and restaurants and marina. Parking safe. Would be fabulous for families as the apartment has lots of space and with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and tvs. Stayed a week but felt like home.

Kilrush itself is a bit of a ghosttown, not a lot going on and also not many tourists. If you like something less crowded, away from other tourists this is the spot for you.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing nothing I have ever had for breakfast comes close to what was served here, especially for the price. Also we had Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the TV, which is a nice addition

The apartment was impeccably cleaned, well appointed, and quiet. The next morning, the breakfast was a thoughtful and lavish treat. We were incredibly impressed, and would recommend without hesitation to anyone. Greg and Barbara, the hosts were lovely and thoughtful hosts who listened and provided every accommodation we needed. We slept so well and loved the view from the apartment.

We had a really pleasant stay at Zoe Bistro and Accommodation in Kilrush. Greg and Barbara are a lovely couple and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was exactly as described – comfortable, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It’s clear they put a lot of love and care into their property. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – easily one of the best we’ve had during our time in Ireland. Freshly baked croissants and bread, all home-cooked, along with a generous spread that set us up perfectly for the day. Greg and Barbara were attentive hosts throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. A truly enjoyable stay – highly recommended if you’re visiting the Kilrush area.

Hard to imagine what could've been better. Even the weather was good during our stay.

Zoe Accomodation was a real gem. We took a bus from Ennis and Zoe's is conveniently located just a block away from the bus stop. Room was clean, cozy and really quiet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. It is not included in the price, but it was definitely worth the extra cost. We also got some very good tips on what to see and do in Kilrush that made our stay memorable.

No complaints. I’d only suggest perhaps a child rate for the breakfast? Self-catering means breakfast is a choice, but for any family €15 a head per morning would be a lot for a weekend break in Kilrush.

Penthouse apartment is excellent. This place is a genuine find. It has everything you need. Likely the best holiday apartment in the town centre.

Greg and Barbara are fantastic hosts with very good recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast they offer (on additional charge) is outstanding and absolutely worthwhile to take. Actually this is the best we ever got in Ireland.

I had to leave after only one night.

What an amazing stay. George and Barbara were warm and friendly. The breakfast was a work of art! I highly recommend Zoe. Stay a while...have a coffee from an actual espresso machine. Local and organic.

This accomodation exceeded my expectations. I loved the town of Kilrush and this was centrally located to see some of Irelands most beautiful sites including the Killakee cliff walk. The lighthouse. Kilrush also had my favorite coffee shop beag cafe and my family's best meal at Oileans. The accomodations were fantastic and would absolutely stay again.
