Lovely owners and stunning location!

Hosts were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good value (included in price). I thought facilities were excellent. Great kitchen for guests. Bedrooms were fine. A good place to base yourself when exploring the area.

Somewhat misleading advertising in that this is not a traditional B&B...more like a hostel and as such, perfectly acceptable. Very basic accommodation in a very remote location, so not many options.

Friendliness of the management.

I had booked for a disabled room. We were on the ground floor but the toilet had no support rail so I had to take my friend to the toilet.

Spectacular location. Breakfasts were healthy, tasty and very generous.

The property was clean and had the use of a kitchen and supplied milk etc.

It was very small and I could access the sink in bathroom because of a glass shelf placed in a very bad position.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely accommodation, which is perfectly located for visiting Silver Strand and the Slieve League Cliffs. The setting is quiet and beautiful, ideal for a relaxing getaway in nature. The house has a lot of charm, with cozy common areas to relax in. In our case, the bathroom was outside the room, but we had the entire floor to ourselves, so it was absolutely fine and felt private. The owners were absolutely delightful — very friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety: croissants, toast, cold cuts, yogurt, tea and coffee, as well as fruit, milk, and cereals. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the area.

The owners were very welcoming and shared information about the area and places of interest. There was plenty of food available for breakfast, lots of choice. The quiet location made for a peaceful night of sleep. We definitely felt appreciated and welcome there and would love to return in the future

We were very satisfied – the accommodation exceeded our expectations and we felt truly great here. The owner was extremely kind and friendly, and they also had excellent tips for interesting places in the area – many of which you won’t even find on Google Maps :). He also recommended a bio shop just across the street, where we discovered algae-based cosmetics, sea salt, and other specialties. Overall, this place has a unique atmosphere and an incredibly positive energy – we would definitely love to come back.

The owners were so lovely! Great location for some quiet, close to a couple of local towns and sights within a couple of minutes drive. Older building but very clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great with a lounge area upstairs and the breakfast was perfect. Very quaint, friendly and cute, thoroughly enjoyed! Please note I took photos upon departure, not arrival!

Not a typical Irish bed and breakfast. Continental breakfast only. More of a hostel style accommodation.

how many smell so much of mold that it's impossible to sleep without the window open, other than that everything was very good

I cannot recommend this place enough! Leon and Gillian were the best hosts ever! We had car trouble and Leon came and picked us up.. He then came into town to pick us back up as we had called over the moment to get lunch. The breakfast was very good! Leon and Gillian made what was a stressful day. A wonderful one! They are the best!

Building is a little older, but I had everything I needed. Warm, friendly, and convenient for visiting the nearby cliffs and other sites. Nice quiet area for getting away and relaxing.

Great location. Good value. Friendly and helpful staff and very knowledgeable about the area.. Also ample space for car parking.

We liked the landlord, very good, helpful, and a great man. If you need anything, he's gonna help you know what places to visit, and where to get food if needed. We liked that Slieve League Cliffs are not too far from the location, and not too far is some more beaches and cliffs. Excellent place to relax from the city routine.
