The location was perfect, only 2 minutes to walk into Killarney. The breakfast was wonderful in the morning. There was enough room for parking and we had a very friendly welcome to the B&B. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in our room, rather than having to use station downstairs. Our shower hose was split which meant it sprayed everywhere, making it less effective and hard to shower without getting hair wet.

Lovely accommodation, beautiful room. Close to town centre. Hosts were able to give recommendations regarding local good restaurants.

The property was welcoming and extremely clean. It was close to town and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The picture window to the street was fun to watch the horse and carriages go by.

This is a great place. We just happe to get a room on the ground floor that had an extra door into the main lobby area. That really kept it quiet. We were greeted and continually assisted by very pleasant staff. Coffee, tea and a couple little things were always available in the lobby. We did not eat the full breakfast there so can't comment on that. The location of Ardree house was perfect .

The location is very central. 5 minutes walk to killarney centre. The staff were very friendly. It was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was the nicest I've ever had. Loads of choice and cooked to perfection. Will definitely stay again!

Everything is good. Only the view from our room is roof and people in other room might see what we’re doing if curtain is not closed.

Dining room is super pretty! The house is huge like a maze. It’s fun to have a house tour to take a look everywhere’s of the house. Staff are nice. Borrowed the fridge to keep my soup to next day and the chef is really nice to help to heat up my soup again. 😊

A kettle in the room would have been helpful. Although there were facilities for making hot drinks available downstairs, this is not ideal first thing in the morning when many people enjoy a hot drink on waking. I had to get dressed to go downstairs (7am) as some people were already having breakfast (we weren’t eating until 9am). Everything else was perfect.

We received a warm welcome from our host and were given a beautiful room with a huge bathroom and a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample storage for clothes and luggage. There was a large, sunny lounge downstairs and a pleasant glass-walled dining room. There was a very good selection of both hot and cold food available at breakfast which was tasty and well-presented. The five minute walk into town was perfect and we really appreciated the private parking. We were so impressed we booked a second night, and would have stayed longer had time allowed.

Easy to find. Staff were just delightful, helpful and friendly. The B&B was beautiful and the rooms were a great size. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Really central to pubs and restaurants and shops - walking distance. Tea and coffee available at all hours next to the dining room. Breakfast was delicious. Wish we’d been able to stay longer.
