We always strive to provide the highest standard of comfort and service, and I regret that we fell short during your stay. Ariel House is a listed Victorian property, and as such, the building’s historical nature means there are 15 steps at the entrance. Due to preservation regulations, it is not possible to install a lift; however, we are always happy to assist guests with their luggage to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. Our rooms are regularly refurbished with great care to strike a balance between traditional charm and modern comfort, and each room is unique in size, style, and character. We appreciate your understanding of these features, which are part of the authentic experience of staying in a historic home. I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the shower and the room change. We always aim to resolve issues promptly, and I regret that the solution did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the heating, each room’s temperature can be adjusted individually, and our team is always available to assist with any concerns. With regard to the whiskey, we offer a carefully selected range of beverages for our guests to enjoy in the Drawing Room, and our pricing reflects the quality and service provided in our historic setting. I am disheartened to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our breakfast in The Conservatory is award-winning and is freshly prepared to order by our Head Chef Rose, alongside Bruno and Murilo, using quality ingredients to offer a memorable start to the day.
