All these notices in Bathrooms don’t need these same for bottled water in bedrooms there is tight and over the top. Arklow Bay are over the top if I wanted to take my bottled water to the beach what do I do? Breakfast was very good

The lift broke down and there was no alternative lift - my mother is disabled and struggled to manage the stairs.

Although the breakfast itself was good, it was quite crowded and they seemed to be understaffed. The room interior has definitely seen better times and needs some fixes and improvements. The pool and sauna closed at 7pm and opened at 9am (Saturday/Sunday) so we didn’t have a chance to use it in the evening nor in the morning before having breakfast. The hotel seems to be popular with families and seniors - if you’re looking for a more quiet space, this isn’t it.

The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating when fixing an error that occurred during the room selection process. The hotel had free water dispensers on all floors and the breakfast tasted well.

Room was incredibly small. We found some part of the hotel were tired looking.

Food was good it was a very busy day you could see the bar staff under pressure. The weather was good so we sat in the garden which is lovley.

I didn’t like the lounge food.And it was very busy.Not comfortable.For dinner.So we had are dinner in the restaurant on Saturday night much better.

It was very close to Dublin. It is in a lovely quiet place. Hotel and the grounds are very nice. The swimming pool etc are very nice too.Plenty of car parking. The town is only a short walk away. The food and breakfast are good.

Our only complaint was how small the room was. We really had no place to put our luggage.

The service at the bar on arrival was not good. The bar person was inattentive and sadly lacking in any form of communication or banter. This was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. I brought it to the attention of management who said they would 'look out' for me later. There was no follow-up.

Lovely warm entrance foyer. Comfortable warm room. Great shower! Good evening meal and breakfast. Pleasant staff.
