Breakfast was plentiful and good, a little variety from day to day maybe would be nice. The floor boards in my room were squeaking every time I walked on them, a little bit annoying maybe, not sure if the sound travels to other rooms.

Cozy, guest house just outside the city center which is a 10-minute walk away. It's no frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The breakfast room is very nice with a view of the garden.

The blankets were overly heavy and warm, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

    Nothing.

Cozy, authentic guest house in walking distance to the city centre. Excellent staff, giving brilliant advice on best restaurants and other experiences. Truly exceptional staff, all three of them; Mike, Fergus and the woman serving breakfast (don’t know her name). Beautiful winter garden with lots of daylight where breakfast is served. You feel as you are staying in someone’s home. Parking available on the front porch of the premises. Very convenient.

It was very conveniently located, close to the city centre but not so close you would be disturbed by noises. You can easily walk there in less than 10min. And if you don’t feel like walking there are busses that pass right outside. Breakfast was good: there was a fresh fruitsalad, Greek yogurt and freshly baked croissants for example.

The plumbing in our bathroom was poor.

The B&B is a little dated, but friendly staff make up for that. Bed very comfortable.

Our 2nd visit for a night walking distance to CBD. Very convenient and able to park our car.

The Asgard guest house is just a short walk from Galway city centre. The bedrooms are small but cozy and cleaned every day. You might sometimes hear a soft creaking sound due to the house floors being made of wood. The breakfast is super and served by Ms. Bettina, a kind young lady with a beautiful smile, very helpful and welcoming. Mr Fergal and Mr Mike will surely welcome you making you feel comfortable during your stay.

A comfortable chair in the bedroom would have been good.

Mike was very welcoming, suggested great places to eat and drink, and go for eveningh walks. Location is great, with easy access into the centre of Galway. The a bedroom and shower were a bit dated but spotless. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

We had to park on the street one night as the lot was full. On the street, we had to get up by 8:30am to pay the meter. Not a problem, but worth noting in the listing.

Mike checked us in, gave us recommendations, and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable for two. It is a 20min walk from Latin Quarter and only a bit further from The Crane Bar. We felt safe walking back at night.

The bed and pillows were awful. Very hard. The room was small and I would hit the wall when turning over in bed. The bathroom with my room (#6) was private and big which was nice. However, it was two flights downstairs from the room. Breakfast wasn’t included. I paid €10 a day for a continental breakfast of breads, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit salad, salami and cheese and drinks. Wasn’t worth the price in my opinion.

The location to the bus station was great! Location to city was great as well. Staff was very nice.

We would have liked to have a gathering space for our family at the end of the day. It would have enhanced our visit to have the atrium open at least till 10pm...preferably with tea available in a group space.

The draw for me when booking was the beautiful breakfast atrium....and it was quite nice. The breakfast was quite good. Our room was very comfortable.
