The breakfast was super! Lots of choices and fresh pastries. The tables were nicely set and they kept the choices well stocked. They were very helpful in giving directions and suggestions.

Easy check-in, 10-20 mins walk to wherever you want to go, room was clean and the daily clean was nice. I was also able to park in front which was sooooo convenient. I didn't get the continental breakfast but it smelled good!

My main pain point was (albeit small) how uncomfortable and thin the pillows were! Luckily I had two but it wasn't a comfortable sleep in the single room. Id suggest a refresh to the owners as it hopefully wouldn't be too expensive for them. Finally, I suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper. there was a windy rainy storm which meant very loud winds hitting the roof (again prob only relevant if you are in the single room up on the 2nd floor in the eaves). And I wouldn't say the house was loud, and the guests were all respectful, but you can hear when people come in/out and open/close doors or walk around. I imagine the people below me could hear me moving around at 5am when I had to leave! So I advise you prepare better than I did!

Cozy, guest house just outside the city center which is a 10-minute walk away. It's no frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The breakfast room is very nice with a view of the garden.

Breakfast was plentiful and good, a little variety from day to day maybe would be nice. The floor boards in my room were squeaking every time I walked on them, a little bit annoying maybe, not sure if the sound travels to other rooms.

As a solo traveler i received a single bed room. I was on the most upper floor. Bed was comfortable, room clean.

Typical B&B, cozy room, high quality breakfast. Location is in a nice neighbourhood, fairly close to city centre, about 10 minutes easy walk to Eyre square (i.e. also from the coach and railway stations). Although the road is relatively busy (it is one of the routes leading into the city from the east), the noise level in the room was tolerable, we had no problem with sleeping, even though we had a ground floor room facing the road. Fergal is a very kind and flexible host, contacted us before arrival and even offered us early check-in and was also helpful in many other ways. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit bowl and other high quality food.

There is really nothing here. I could say the price was high, but that seems to be the price level of high season accomodation everywhere in Ireland, so you just have to accept it if you want to visit the country.

The locality was excellent. A short walk to the centre. A comfortable bed. Also they topped up the tea and milk supply every day.

The continental breakfast. Expected a full Irish along with everything else that was on offer for breakfast which is what I've had in previous bnb experiences. Also charging 10 euros for breakfast when you've paid more than enough to cover the cost of both bed and breakfast prior to my stay. This is what customers are paying for bed and breakfast..what's expected.

Good value for money. Galway seems expensive so this was a budget option. Not too far to walk to the city.

Bathroom very small. All furnishings quite old and outdated. Not modern at all.

Nice staff Clean Close to the train station

The blankets were overly heavy and warm, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Cozy, authentic guest house in walking distance to the city centre. Excellent staff, giving brilliant advice on best restaurants and other experiences. Truly exceptional staff, all three of them; Mike, Fergus and the woman serving breakfast (don’t know her name). Beautiful winter garden with lots of daylight where breakfast is served. You feel as you are staying in someone’s home. Parking available on the front porch of the premises. Very convenient.

    Nothing.

The room is well with everything needed. It is only 10 min walk to the very center of Galway so you can park the car at the hotel and walk to visit. People are nice and even if the parking is small (only 4 cars for i think about 10 rooms) , they find a solution for every guest to park their car.

The price is a bit expensive when we compare to other place in Ireland where we went.

It was very conveniently located, close to the city centre but not so close you would be disturbed by noises. You can easily walk there in less than 10min. And if you don’t feel like walking there are busses that pass right outside. Breakfast was good: there was a fresh fruitsalad, Greek yogurt and freshly baked croissants for example.

Nice continental breakfast in a beautiful conservatory. Peaceful room with a view over the garden. Very helpful staff.

The plumbing in our bathroom was poor.
