Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe reception staff had surprisingly little knowledge of the details of the morning breakfast options that the hotel provided. We were informed that there was an À la cart breakfast option but this turned out to be false. The only breakfast option that was available was a buffet which was more food and more of an expense that we were anticipating. My wife and I decided to get a quick bite to eat in the nearby train station prior to our departure to the international airport.
For our travel purposes, the location was very good and within walking distance of Heuston Train Station. The location also made our morning bus commute to the airport relatively stress-free. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel was reasonably priced with a fairly good selection of entrées.

IrelandCheck out on booking was 2 hours wrong, it told me 10am when infact it is 12pm. Breakfast option wasn’t available on booking, yet is offered when checking in- and it’s cheaper to pre book it than on the day. Quiet up until the staff began work when at 7am on the corridor one woman was very loud - felt like she was trying to wake people up. I found this weird and unnecessary. A mini fridge would be lovely so as to have real milk for tea & coffee. All very minor things- most not the hotels issue.

IrelandThere were too many pillows on the bed and they were really hard and too big. Slightly sore neck today after sleeping crooked on my side as pillow propped my head up too much
Very fancy and clean. Lovely spacious room with huge bed. So convenient for parking as it's attached to the hotel. Nice that you can change the thermostat in your room too as I like to be cooler going asleep. Staff are wonderful and I felt very secure there.

Staff were amazing and super nice! Housekeeping on our floor were amazing and would always say hi and smile when we went by. Doorman and receptionist were very friendly. The 4 person room was very spacious with more than enough space for us. Location was perfect and well connected to other areas especially by bus and most areas are very walkable. Water dispensers were also available throughout the hotel.

IrelandBar staff not friendly. Ignoring customers and left standing more than 45 mins , initially was busy, but then it became very obvious that barstaff had no interest in serving those standing at the bar. Very disappointing considering the other staff were very helpful and friendly.
