We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe mattresses were uncomfortable. Wifi was not available. Haven't seen such dirty bathrooms in a very long time. Hair of previous guests were everywhere. Spiderwebs and balls of dust in the bedrooms.
Nice open-plan layout. Both bedrooms are en-suite. Fully equipped kitchen.

United KingdomBoth doors on my room were incorrectly fitted meaning they would not completely close for privacy (i had the room with 2 single beds). The Internet connection wasn't great, the local network runs off satellite Internet which was only sometimes connected meaning that even though my devices would connect to the local router there was no actual Internet connection alot of the time. Trying to connect to my own network provider was also hit and miss although this cannot be directly attributed to the owner.
A very nice set up, like an older style farmhouse inside with a modern exterior. Mary was a lovely host who tried her best to help with any issues we had.

IrelandHouse was very cold on arrival, was very hard to heat it up, was cold for so long. There was no internet over Wi-Fi, electric showers were faulty, there was barely warm water on full power and cold water only in all taps.Corners and lamps very dusty, landlord insisting that there were professionals cleaning. There were not. Landlord lives next door, that wasn't mentioned in advertising. Some of images shows landlord house and lovely garden that guests didn't have an access to. There was no garden to our use, no grill or any outside area for our use only, tractors passing under our windows. Despite I was asking landlord if there is any charge for dogs (plural, because we have two) and assured her that I'm going to keep dogs away from bedrooms as she wishes, at the end of stay she educated me that only one family pet was allowed. There is nothing about it in advert, she also didn't inform about this in email before we came. We also were told to pay for electricity and clean house when leaving. We have no problem with that, however that should be mentioned in offer description. When cleaning, we found one faulty hoover (no hoovering fittings attached, just flexible pipe was there), landlord brought another one the same faulty and said that should be fine for use, maybe on knees! Third one small we got was working eventually. Landlord also came in the house an hour before we left, uninvited. That wasn't comfortable for us, as we were still cleaning and were allowed to stay till 11am. House was rented for four adults and one child, however there was only one adult bed available. All single beds were to small, too short for adults, so sleeping wasn't comfortable at all. We won't be back there and won't recommend that place.
There were lovely views in the area.
