Breakfast was great, the room was good for us and the staff were excellent and helpful. The view was good and the easy access to the main street, beach and walks was just what we wanted. The bars nearby were good as was the weather when we were there.

In the room I was in it goes from carpet in the bedroom to tile in the bathroom but there is not strip on the floor or door saddle so I didn't realise and walked on the kinda sharpish edge of the tile. They could do with giving more towels. There was just 1 small hand towel and one bath towel.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was served quickly. Good central location. I would stay here again as it was really good value for money.

Nothing ... the room and location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Excellent location. Very central, few minutes walk to the beach, pubs, some shops, great deli opposite making fresh sandwiches. We had a top room, family size... it was huge with king bed and two singles, view to the beach, ensuite bathroom was clean and large, sitting area to play games or read - a great room. It exceeded our expectations. Restaurant and bar were downstairs. Served delicious seafood - small sharing plates. Make sure to book a table as it was very popular.

Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was in a great location as we had travelled for the July run which started by the seafront only a stones throw away. Breakfast was great. They even offered us a brunch instead of breakfast on the day of the run which was extremely accommodating and much appreciated.

Comfortable hotel in centre of town, 1 min from the beach. Lots of great dining and bar options on site in within 5 mins walk. Plentiful free parking on surrounding streets. Decent breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff

Curtain rail wasn’t attached so fell off when we tried to close the curtains (we reported this the next morning so it could be fixed). En-suite was very small, but ok for a short stay. Just lacked somewhere to put shower gel etc when in the shower - had to put everything on the floor or balance it on the taps. Avocado at breakfast was inedible as wasn’t ripe enough. Not really much choice for vegans. Restaurant/bar downstairs was extremely busy and noisy - could hear it from our room til around midnight.

Room had modern/fresh decor and we could see the beach from our two windows which was really nice. Easy to find on street parking outside. Walkable to the beach and many pubs. Staff were polite.
