The bay view was very nice All the staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed 1 night lovely hotel comfortable beds clean friendly staff, but there is a buzzing or humming noise outside the hotel at night, it’s quite loud even with windows closed

Good choice of cereal/fruit juice and toast etc. The full Irish breakfast was of excellent quality served on a hot plate.

Limited choice of tea varieties, but my request for hot water and lemon for the earl grey tea was cheerfully and promptly met.

Beautiful rooms. Lovely decor Breakfast was lively. Staff very nice. Great view of sea. Central.

The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs. It’s quite steep. Staff were helpful tho and took my bags up Otherwise everything perfect

The rooms were in very good condition and we were particularly impressed with the large and comfortable bed. A very pleasant stay in Kilkee.

The overall building, furnishing, and layout was very nice. The bar and restaurant area was very good and the food was also very good. Staff was very kind and friendly and made us feel at home.

The carpets in our room were quite worn out. It’s in need of new carpeting. It did not feel very good on bare feet.

Food was extremely good, they found us a table at short notice. Service was attentive. Room was immaculately clean & had a beautiful view.

Our bathroom backed on to the kitchens, so the bathroom was full of fried food smells at busy times. 2 queen size double beds in a room too small therefore limited floor space for suitcases etc. The mirror over the dressing table was too high so l couldn't see myself when trying to dry and style my hair etc.

The view! My family had the upstairs family room which was lovely & roomy.

My room was very warm & we were kept awake by I assume generator humming all night? It was otherwise nice

Breakfast was great, the room was good for us and the staff were excellent and helpful. The view was good and the easy access to the main street, beach and walks was just what we wanted. The bars nearby were good as was the weather when we were there.

Look I had to go to hospital missed the trip.lost the money. Was not the Bayview fault. I understand. The Bayview is a lovely place to stay so really can't do a review

Excellent location. Rooms were modern..comfortable beds. Room very clean.

Didn't sleep for either of the 2 nights we stayed. Fire control panel would beep from 3am onwards. Rang reception and the after hours number given -.no answer. No one around to help. i went down myself and silenced the panel a number of times. After my first night of disrupted sleep I highlighted this to reception asking them to get the alarm fixed. I was never offered to change room. I really hoped the second night to have a better experience especially when I had spoken to the girl on reception. When the waitress at breakfast asked how was our night we said we didn't sleep due to the fire panel. She gave us the impression this is a regular issue. Please resolve this as it is a lovely hotel otherwise. Pastries at breakfast could be better. Mine were over cooked and black . When I asked for a replacement I got the same type of pastry hard as a rock. Obviously this is a very minor thing but coupled with 2 bad nights sleep it disappointed me.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was served quickly. Good central location. I would stay here again as it was really good value for money.

In the room I was in it goes from carpet in the bedroom to tile in the bathroom but there is not strip on the floor or door saddle so I didn't realise and walked on the kinda sharpish edge of the tile. They could do with giving more towels. There was just 1 small hand towel and one bath towel.
