Bedroom bit cramp for 2, would have needed a fan if any hotter , Wi-Fi terrible we had to drive 5 miles away to get a signal as received a text we needed to phone so not good in emergency.

Didn’t know beforehand but had house to ourselves, wouldn’t have been happy if other people had stayed as would have to share bathroom, had use of well stocked kitchen. Angela friendly and welcoming.

I would've liked a choice of a softer pillow (minor thing).

The B&B was located in beautiful countryside 40 minutes drive from Rosslare, which was perfect for us. Angela was a welcoming host that went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was tea coffee and snacks available. We were able to use a sitting room to socialise with our friends in the evening. Angela provided us with very useful information for our onward tour and travel. We had a plentiful continental breakfast in the morning.

Shower cubicle rather small and no rack for shower gel.

Nice quiet location. Upgraded to room with kitchenette and en suite shower room. Comfortable bed and good continental style breakfast.

Excellent overnight stay close to Rosslare Ferry for start of our Ireland tour. Angela was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the breakfast (continental) was substantial and set us up well for our day.

Our bathroom was not ensuite.

After finding Beech Lodge, Angela made us so welcome & went all out for breakfast with a special treat. Our room was spotless with a comfortable bed . There were tea & coffee making facilities with little treats. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower & toiletries available. It was a lovely place to stay in the country, yet not too far away from Wexford town.

The property is new to the hospitality sector and is spotless. The location is rural,but everywhere is within driving distance and a lovely area to explore rural Wexford. The hosts are friendly, entertaining, and truly provide the home away from home experience. Breakfast will set you up for the day of adventures that are to be had while exploring Wexford. All of this was after a fabulous nights sleep on the most comfortable bed that I have experienced in a long time.

There was nothing to dislike at all really, it was a perfect retreat !

We only stayed the one night at Angela's, we received a very warm welcome, the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with beautiful decor, tea & Coffee facilities, chocolate bars in the room. Bed was so comfortable, bed linen was superb, plenty of hanging space for clothes, & drawers, bedside lamps.a tv or radio would have been nice but not really necessary, as the tranquility was spot on ! free WiFi was handy. Angela was a mind of local information as to where to go for food & drinks and local history, places to visit , she was very passionate about the local history! Bonus ! Continental breakfast was Awsome, so much choice. Again Angela went above and beyond to meet our needs . Towels provided, shower was off the scale amazing. Beautiful rural area.
