    Comfortable bed and had AC

Room was a bit tired and dark. Loud doors from other rooms.

-Very friendly staff at reception and in the bar, were able to direct us to a restaurant where we could get a late supper, and the bartender seated us in a private alcove to eat it while we had a pint. We were also able to get ice for our cooler. -The breakfast buffet was good, and our waitress also very friendly, suggested places to visit in Donegal (we were headed north). -Parking next to the church was free was because of a bank holiday. -Elevator, no dragging our bags upstairs.

Our room overlooked the street, and due to the need to open the window for cooler air circulation, there was noise from the bar across the street. Not specific to this location, but none of the locations where we stayed in Ireland had a top sheet or a ceiling fan. Duvets are too warm to sleep under in summer, and a ceiling fan is nice when there’s no air conditioning. (I’ve since learned that top sheets are not as commonly used outside the United States).

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Tralee and well located near the beautiful church and rose gardens. Parking was conveniently nearby. The room itself was very spacious and modern. We also appreciated the air-conditioning as it was quite warm weather during our stay.

It was nice and close to the Kerry Airport and the sight seeing in the area was phenomenal!

    Parking could have been better.

Amazing location right in city center, On-site restaurant was fun and lively, Staff was SO helpful and kind (the best staff we encountered during our 10 day trip), the building is lovely and the decor is great. Our room was small but comfortable, and the breakfast here was also our favorite of the trip!

The only issue we had was it was difficult to find parking (we did come during the "Rose of Tralee" festival weekend inadvertently though!) and in the evening the music and noise from nearby pubs was quite loud- so be sure to bring ear plugs!
