The facilities were excellent, lovely rural views, close to Belmullet, and the restaurant we chose from the host’s recommendations was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and our host was very helpful and approachable throughout our stay.

Big room with lovely modern bathroom. Self serve continental Breakfast. Nice. VERY comfortable bed made for a great sleep.

Large clean room, good bed and with attendant bathroom. Simple access and sufficient and tasty self-service breakfast. In the wilds but close to the sites worth visiting and to Belmullet for evening meals for those with a car.

Too stiff handles (especially bathroom) for Oldies.

Cold shower in the morning

Beautiful house with a lovely big bright bedroom and your own private bathroom! Majella made us feel like home straight away extremely accommodating nothing was ever a problem. Bed was so comfortable and the house was very clean! Hotel quality. Great location and very peaceful, Got more than expected definitely will be back if needing to stay in belmullet again.

What an amazing place! It’s located in a beautiful setting by the coast, with supermarkets, restaurants, and a pub just a 15-minute drive away. Majella is a fantastic host who made me feel right at home. The breakfast provided in the room was delightful, featuring fresh milk, orange juice, cereals, fruits, yogurt, and toast—everything was very good! The exclusive outdoor bathroom is a highlight, and the shower is so inviting that you could easily stay in there forever. Although the bathtub wasn't functioning, it didn’t detract from my experience at all. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!

Great big room for good price

The host made us feel like home right away. She was absolutely helpful and very friendly. The room was pristine clean and cozy, the room has big windows, we were able to enjoy the view of the sky without the light pollution. It’s a great location for people looking for quiet and peaceful time.

Excellent place. Good ambience

A very high standard of accommodation. Standard of cleanliness and quality of furniture and furnishings was first class. Bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast was excellent. Host was very friendly, welcoming and informative. Definitely at the higher end of B&B accommodation.

Location was a litttle remote. Definitely not walking distance into the town. Car or taxi ride required.

WiFi was not great but I didn't really need it so it wasn't a big issue.

Honestly, I thought I had arrived at a hotel. It was 5 star hotel quality. Bed wonderfully comfortable. large spacious light room. Wonderfully appointed and carefully thought through fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Amazing bathroom...with a bath!

Great big room, very comfortable and clean. Would I stay there again? Yes, now I know the food oddity needs pre-planning, perhaps on the way to the B&B. Bathroom is adjacent to the room, and whilst going out into the hallway seems a little odd nitially, there's a screen provided, which saves any blushes :-) That's a good idea. Decent bathroom.

Struggled with the TV in the evening to be honest and eventually gave up. No-where local for food in the evening, so we traipsed to the 'local' supermarket (probably 5km each way) for bascially an in room sandwich evening meal. Wasn't a bad thing, saved a few calories, but be aware there is no-where 'local' for a meal out; it's a distance.

The room and the bathroom were very big, giving us a lot of space. We got more than what we expected! The breakfast was lovely and Majella was an accommodating host. Also very clean.

What a great place this really is. We cannot praise Majella enough. The room was spacious clean and well maintained. The bathroom was totally unexpected and everything you could want. I totally recommend anyone booking breakfast and the mini bar in the room was extraordinary🙂

Majella's house is lovely, the room extremely comfortable and the private bathroom spacious and so clean! The surroundings are also stunning. Really a dream of a stay, will definitely try to go back for a weekend away!
