Such a cute hotel! The location was great, the Staff was friendly and the room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good and the kettle provided in the room was clean—which is rare! Parking on premises was another plus.

Although hotel is situated in a quiet location, its only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Kilkenny. Has its own parking area. Staff is very helpful and welcoming!

Excellent hotel all around. The front desk and breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. We especially loved Peter, the heart and soul of our evenings here. How wonderful to feel we’ve made a friend in Peter, who made us feel at home. He was a special part of our Ireland experience. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. The walk to town was less than 5 minutes, and we appreciated being a little off the beaten path because the streets of Killarney fill up with music and life in the evenings! We stayed in two rooms during our stay and both were excellent! Clean, comfortable, and charming. We would highly recommend this hotel and all its wonderful staff members. We hope to stay with you again!

One small thing the bathroom though very spacious had just one hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang used hand and bath towels. Also my wife’s smoked salmon bagel at breakfast was disappointing unfortunately as the bagel was vert doughy.

Very good friendly staff. Easy walking distance to main town. Room was very spacious and very comfortable bed. Full Irish breakfast was very good. Easy parking at the hotel.

The location of hotel was perfect. Easy to access by car with onsite parking. Just on edge of town centre so not far to walk to Main Street but away from noise and nice and quiet .Hotel was nice and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, nice decor with fridge , tv etc and good size bathroom with powerful shower which I love. Breakfast was made to order with great choice of menu and was excellent . Also had usual selection of drinks ,cereal , fruits, yoghurt, breads , cold meats available. There is a bar available for residents but no other food available throughout the day but this is not an issue when so close to bars and restaurants in town centre. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Killarney.

We booked the garden suite and it was lovely . Room was super clean , quite big as it’s a suite and the bed was very comfortable . It’s in a great location just off the Main Street and provides guest parking which is great .

Beautiful hotel with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff were soooo friendly and accommodating. Location is also perfect, 2 mins from town but away from the noise and traffic. Can't wait to come back.
