Everything was absolutely spot on.

Owner was extremely accommodating and could not have been more helpful. Rooms were spotless and spacious, and breakfast was hearty and delicious. As bikers we were made very welcome with a safe and dry space to park our bikes. Perfect spot if you've just got off the ferry ready to explore Ireland.

We had a fabulous stay in Brookvale. Pauline and Chris were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room had treats and tea & coffee. It was a very spacious room.

Lovely room with everything you might need. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were just lovely and really helpful. It was a lovely stop for a few days. The garden was beautiful and there's plenty of parking.

We honestly could not find anything to meet with our disapproval. The location, ambience, accommodation,, cleanliness and service were 100% +. The Brookvale is in a great location, easy to find with ample and safe parking space.

Our hostess Pauline was very welcoming an attentive. The food was exceptionally good with beautiful home baking, the carrot cake we received with our tea on our arrival set the tone for the remainder of our stay.

That we weren't staying longer.

By far one of the best places we have stayed. The room was beautiful and so many little thoughtful touches. Additionally, we were given tea/coffee and homemade cake on our arrival, which I was not expecting, but was delicious. Pauline and Chris were super welcoming and amazing hosts. The breakfast was stunning, all the food was excellent, and Pauline was really friendly and helpful, showing us hiking books to help with our trip. After a long journey and not so comfortable ferry trip, this was above and beyond what we needed for a restful stay overnight, before we moved to our next port of call. I will be recommending to friends and family and it will definitely stick in my memory as a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much Pauline and Chris!

We just spend a night there. Chris and Pauline are fantastic hosts. They are very nice and flexible. If we come back to Ireland we will book again. Thanks for everything. We did not have breakfast, but I would recommend you to have a breakfast.

Pauline gave me and my 15 years old son a very warm welcome on arrival. She made sure we had a good trip and found her place without issue. Refreshments and cakes were offered to us as if we were family. She gave us clear information on where to go and what to do. The patio at the back is a little heaven and I wish we had more time to enjoy it with the two lovely dogs of the house. I particularly enjoyed a very relaxing bath in our super spacious and luxurious bathroom. The shower is also of fantastic quality in both heat and pressure. A delight. I slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed. I only had to look in the wardrobe to find a second pillow. Coffee, tea, snacks and water were readily available too in each of our communicating rooms and very much appreciated. The breakfast menu was amazing and we devoured all of it. On our way out, Pauline very kindly filled up my water bottle and asked if I wanted ice in it. I certainly appreciated as it was one of the hotest day and we had a two hours drive ahead in a hot car. This was the loviest stay in a BnB I've had in a long time. Thanks again, Pauline! You love what you do and it showed in every aspect of our stay with you. See you again soon.

This place is lovely - the owner met me with a warm smile and an offer of tea and cake in her garden, and the entire stay was just above and beyond wonderful. I loved it, will definitely be back. (also the bathroom was incredible!)

Very high standard of B and B. The host is very helpful and gave us breakfast things for our room as we had an early departure. Guests' comfort and convenience is obviously prioritised. Highly recommended - was a great last night for our Ireland holiday.
