I loved the voucher for a coffee from the cafe across the road. The bed & linen was exceptionally comfortable. Location was perfect. Despite being near a bar and Main Street it was very quite Mon night

Bit noisy downstairs but not a problem as we love the atmosphere. Tea making facilities in room would be nice, we did appreciate the vouchers for the coffe shop but im sure the locals did not appreciate us walking across the street in our pj's haha

Absolutely beautiful property.. village was very friendly and up market. Already looking for an excuse to visit again.

The only downside would perhaps be the noise at night, since there’s a pub beside.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and parks around. The room had a very nice sea view and is spacious enough for two people and a doggo.

    Room was small

Carraig town house was great if you just need a room with out the hotel experience. Very comfortable, clean and good air con and a lovely sea view, simple check in and friendly staff. The room was quite small the bed was the full of it was the only negative about our stay. We only. Needed the room for bed to sleep so it was ample. Right in the hart of BlackRock village which has a great vibe about it.

I missed in a room small kettle, pots and instant coffee which I would happily have in early morning before shops opening.

It's located in a hart of Blackrock, close to promenade, coffee shops, shopping centre, pubs, train and bus station it's just outside. Very clean and comfortable. We booked it for a one night sleep during the 2 days event in Convention Center, approx 15 - 20 min driving distance. Very convenient. I liked sea view from our window.

The bathroom window is only half foggy. fine for the lads, but the girls probably got some strange looks from the street.

was a really good stay. in a really cool part of town. the room was massive and comfy enough. felt brand new and stylish. and breakfast at the great cafe over the road was actually better than usual hotel style.

I'd have liked a kettle in the room. The water pressure in the shower was a bit underwhelming.

Ideal location for us in Blackrock, close to the venue for our training. Surprisingly quiet given location above a pub. It was very hot weather so we did leave the window open and were able to hear chat from outside but I used earplugs and slept soundly. It was quite a small room with not much space between the beds, but the beds were very comfy and it was completely fine for one night. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels (once I found them on a high shelf) and bath/shower gel / shampoo/conditioner provided. A nice touch was the card to get a free coffee at the cafe across the street.

More hangers for clothes would be good and shelving in the shower to hold soap and shampoo.

Central in the town, right beside the dart station.

Bright in the morning despite lots of blinds but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

Central to the village, and Dart, parking and plenty of eateries and lovely pubs around. Quiet at night, sea view, compact but well kitted out, even an iron in the room. Really friendly staff to greet you when collecting the key. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

There's no denying the room was small but you adapt and spend very little time indoors. Bring a travel kettle if you like a morning coffee.

Couldn't ask for a better location in the centre of Blackrock and 2 minutes walk from the Train station from where you can travel further up the coast and into the city without any hassle. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful with everything. It was a really hot spell when we were there and thankfully the air con does its job and we had a lovely sea view to enjoy. The bar downstairs is very popular and there is great outside seating, perfect for the good weather we had. The voucher for a free drink on Thursday Karaoke night is a nice touch. I would recommend Carraig Townhouse for convenience and hospitality.

As an older person with weak knees I disliked the stairs. However, this is a very nicely refitted old village main-street building so lack of a lift or ground-floor rooms were no surprise and a limited amount of huffing and puffing was a minor issue compared to this property's major advantages.

Breakfast was not available on site but there were more than ample options within 50 metres. Location (Main Street, beside boutiques, coffee shops, pubs and 2 malls) couldn't be better. There were bus and train stops nearby and the bedroom overlooked Dublin Bay. Our room was on the small side (as advertised) but very well designed to optimise available space and the bathroom was excellent. Comfortable beds and friendly, helpful, efficient staff in all departments.
