I liied the staff the vegan breakfadt was excellent we were going to a wedding down tge street it isca great hotel loved it.

I lijed it hust furniture a bit oitdated but lots of room friiendly staff.

Good location, very clean, good breakfast

A very loud noise on the roof outside our room, like a fan. We tried to sleep but it was impossible so we had to call reception. The person on reception didn’t have the best command of English but eventually the noise stopped.

Fabulous place to stay, my second time! Highly recommend + thoroughly enjoyed … staff fabulous, food delicious

Rooms may need aircon/fans installed as it was very hot during our stay & having the windows open didn’t help much at all as there was no natural breeze.

Good location

At check in we were handed key to room, had to ask staff how to get to rooms, multiple issues with room keys. Staff especially at reception unhelpful. Rooms basic. Frosted glass room window - couldn't open. Breakfast selection limited.

Everything was ok - clean room and baathroom, TV with Netflix chanel 😁, nespresso coffee machine at room👍.Good breakfast and dinner. Hotel is near to Trim castle.

The hotel is close to the Castle and the city centre, has internal parking and large rooms.

We were upgraded to the Kennedy Suite! Fabulous! so luxurious!

Reception greeting and service good.. bedroom fresh with comfortable bed and pristine bedlinen .. nice breakfast and efficient staff overall- good experience

Carpet green one on stairs from reception to 1st floor tired.. odour in this area too.. maybe cooking related

Although the room looked like it had a recent refurbishment (new carpets and paint etc.), the sound proofing between my room and the next bedroom was very poor. Not just muffled sounds - I could hear full conversations in the next room. This situation is sometimes expected with a partition door present, but not with a 'solid' wall. This point alone would put me off staying at the property again.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Dinner and breakfast the next morning were lovely. Rooms very clean

The room was so nice and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating allowing us to check in as soon as a room was ready, and the provision of extra time on checking out was very helpful 👍

Great location ,staff and food where great

No air con so i think at the very least they could have done with a fan in the room not too expensive to have 1 in the wardrobe to use
