Limited parking close to hotel, and very limited parking for those with limited mobility.

Location for touring is great. Relaxed family resort. Able to walk golf course , great restaurant with beautiful views across lake and to the mountains.

Breakfast was okay, not great, but I guess this perception is very subjective as in Austrian culture we are used to bigger breakfast buffets. Missing a toilet brush.

Great location at the Ring of Kerry, fast check-in. The view of our room was extraordinary - we woke up to a view of the green golf course lands, the lake and the mountains. We also enjoyed breakfast with a view. We loved that there were no other floors, so our room was quiet as there are no rooms above. Except for a missing toilet brush, there is everything that one might need.

It was a bit of a hike from the main part of the hotel to our room (someone older or less mobile might have a hard time with luggage). We managed just fine though.

Our room was very quiet as the hotel is sprawling (we were at the very end of a quiet hallway). There were plenty of amenities available (restaurant, golf, pool).

Perhaps a little dated and could do with an upgrade, bit overall for what we needed this was the perfect spot.

Lovely hotel, perfectly positioned just outside of Killarney which was exactly what we needed for our stay. The hotel is very large and accommodates lots of types of travellers, esp. large groups, families, children, and golfers so worth keeping in mind it's not really a hotel for any kind of relaxing / quiet time. Beautiful views, simply breathtaking to be so close to the lake and mountains.

We stayed at the hotel for weekend doing the Ring of Kerry annual cycle fab venue! Safe place for bikes, breakfast provided for cyclists from 5.30am fab food in bar and restaurant. Will be back!

This is my second time in the hotel and service is not up to what it should be. It seemed there were very few and unexperienced young people. Not with a full command of English and not knowing the basics (i.e. preparing a drink at the bar). People at the reception were very nice and experienced.

Room was in good shape, the bathroom was fine but not modern. No view to the lake as our room was 217. Breakfast was good but not remarkable. The quality of the food and the ingredients could be better.

I ate in the restaurant on one night, and the food wasn't as good as I would have expected. I ate in the bar a couple of nights, and the food was lovely. However, it could probably do with a daily specials board to help with variety.

No one was at the entrance to help with bags or show us where to park.

The staff was super friendly . Doolan made me coffee @ 6:00 in the morning. No one else was around. He was so nice.

The group of 4 men in the swimming pool area , in jacuzzi , steam room , sauna and sitting on bench just looking, very uncomfortable 😳, one git in baby pool, even though lady was in there with baby, weird. The men had no kids in there.

The staff seemed distracted. I would think because it was so busy. When we came to the hotel we weren't told the time for breakfast or about any of the hotel facilities by the receptionist. The receptionist was trying to do 2 things at once and appeared distracted. The bathroom was a bit dated with very little shelving to put your toiletries. The food in the evening was ok but I had to find someone to take my order or if I needed anything I had to go and find a waiter. It was either very unorganised or under staffed. What I paid for the room did not match the service I was expecting

The televisions were not connected to the wifi, a little netflix and sport channels would have been greatly appreciated. ( we had to go and watch football matches in a nearby pub)

We liked the views of the lakes and the mountains. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in the restaurant was great. The environment was quiet which was great for relaxing.

Didn't like the fact that walkers can walk right up to the bedroom windows , lacking privacy that way

Great location, had a room overlooking the golf course & lakes. Had lunch in the bar, good choices & fabulous food . Plenty of lovely walks to do & saw some deer which made it extra special. Used the leisure facilities- the Jacuzzi is just wonderful- fine & hot
