Didn't like that back door also opened out to public laneway,close to local pub,noisy at night. Would have preferred a kettle to boil water,water ileft n tea and coffee makers,wasn't sure how long it had been sitting in both,also items in dishwasher,nit sure if they were washed or just rinsed. One item which wasn't clearly labelled was the fridge,which we accidentally switched off,it was a problem as we had a family member dependent on medical supplies which required strict refrigeration ,luckily this occurred during our 2nd night. As items had to be discarded.we did notice that there actually is a faint written fridge sign on the switch in the morning,but depending on how the switch and lighting plus lack of familiarity with this,wasn't obviously noticeable .

Location central to all village facilities,beaches within short driving distances. Property very clean 2 very clean and spacious bathrooms, overall very good apart fro. A couple of issues, 99%of items very clearly labelled with clear instructions which was great.

The property was perfectly situated in the heart of the village. We had all the amenities we required at hand, shops, restaurants, takeaway foods, and playground, etc... Excellent spot.

Nothing, our stay was superb.

The house was so close to the beach and the shop. Exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a young family of four. Host were very attentive to our needs before we arrived, offering a high chair and cot with sheets. We’ll definitely be returning.

Absolutely nothing was at fault

An exceptional property beautifully and tastefully decorated and every aspect of the house was finished to the highest standard ....the quality of the bedding was first class, the house was warm and fully equipped with everything you needed. The convenience of the excellent supermarket just a few steps away was super ....it is a wonderful cottage perfect for a short or long stay in a beautiful part of the country....the owners were extremely helpful and available for any questions or guidance

Location was great. Little village out of Wateford and close to Killkeny. Great pub and restaurant just down the road. Hosts left us a lovely bottle of Pino Grigio and done choccies .

This property in one of the nicest we have stayed in in Fethard-on-Sea. The house is renovated to a high standard, with beautiful decor. The property was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have also go to a lot of effort to ensure guests know how to use all appliances & gave a really detailed welcoming mail before we arrived. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the village & close to all amenities. There is no garden, but this wasn't an issue as there are so many beautiful outdoor locations close by. I have already recommended this property to friends.

Anyone who can't deal with normal village noise might find it a bit noisy, but it was nothing more than I expected (take away next door, pub a few doors away, etc.)

The location is great and the hosts could not have been more helpful. Every little detail is really well thought out, and there are great directions on how to use everything. From extra hangers and pillows to a hose outside the back door to clean off sandy beach feet! The area is so charming with lots to do and see nearby and the house itself was just lovely to stay in. Visit Baginbun beach, it's stunning! The village is very well served with pubs, take aways and a great supermarket.

Absolutely gorgeous house perfectly located in the heart of Fethard. Our host had the place in showroom condition, almost cleaner than if it was brand new. Surprisingly big on the inside after seeing it on the outside. Everything you could possibly need is there in the house. Very happy with my stay
