Room was large , beds comfy

Very poor menu and ale selection. Pool too cold

Nice hotel-stayed here before.

There was a smell in our bedroom. Would be nice to be able to have some balls etc at the pool (when quiet)

The location is terrible, the pool very disappointing, breakfast was very average we actually skipped it the second day

Issue with water on both days of our stay. No water on the first day and no hot water on the second day.

The gym

Comfortable spacious room, good restaurant on site. Gym was excellent.

The pillows were very hard and flat otherwise everything was very good.

No slippers and bathrobes no fridge. Aslo very disappointed with the swimming pool. Very small and bad set up. Water very cold. Also we have to walk back from swimming pool to the hotel room trough reception wrapped with the towels ( no bathrobes and slippers)and there was a wedding and lots of dressed up people. We felt really embarrassed.

Room, parking available, bed is good, cozy.

Breakfast. There were no eggs; when we asked for eggs, we were told they would be available in 10-15 minutes. No hash browns. Very poor choice.

Awful traffic noise window handle broke could not get window closed tight

The hotel was lovely Leisure centre was also lovely Room was very comfortable.

Lamp shades on side of beds were loose and some of the curtain rings were off Stain on carpet Just the attention to details need to be addressed

I was travelling with my wife and two small children, so the swimming pool was a definite bonus. Check in was a slower process as there was a wedding on so lots of guests arriving and there was only one person at reception at that point. The hotel I believe caters for conferences and weddings more than for general stays, but we were really pleased with it. Our room was large and comfortable, and the restaurant on the ground floor served lovely food. We did not have breakfast included in our rate but chose to cross the road to the shopping centre (although the café there provided limited choice for breakfast, but was nice all the same).

The hotel had a rather corporate feel to it, but that is what it is, so if you can forget that it is a really nice hotel. We only stayed one night which is probably enough. I would recommend the hotel however if touring the country like we were. The family room was two double beds, which is not ideal.
