The facilities are very comfortable and then location very convenient right at the city center.

Terribly Inflexible. This hostel is a money-grabbing nightmare. They won’t change your reservation dates not matter what happened to you, but upgrading? Sure! You are very welcome to pay extra and just then, they will change your dates. Even simple requests like the bottom bunk bed cost extra. For the management you are just a bill with legs, not a guest. Cold, rigid, and completely unaccommodating..avoid if you want basic decency and human treatment. Here you are just a number.

People, the staff. Lot of activities propsoed for those who don’t want to go out at night

City view and easy to reach, check-in was fast and smooth, location was good

Room ventilation was too loud to sleep( constant 60 db). We couldn’t open window due to rain or outside being loud and food smell as well

The room is air-conditioned. There is a curtain on each bed for privacy. The breakfast was delicious at a good price. The staff were nice to me. Location is at the very center, close to anywhere by walking distance.

I found it hard to set the bed sheets since the mattress is heavy. The shower room is clogged a bit, so the draining is not fast enough. The soap on the sink keeps dripping. And we need to buy the UK connector for chargers.

Shower drain started clogging on day 3. Had to pay extra for towel rental and luggage lockers. We went during the most busy time so we paid a lot for the room. Not bad for a hostel.

Location is good, but room was filthy. Private room was ok but really small.

Paid for late checkout which was no problem until staff burst in early saying I did not pay and to leave. Had to show them the receipt before they would believe me.

Excellent location. Room was adequate. Ensuite was adequate. Good value for money. Helpful staff and easy check-in / check-out.

Room was quite small, but you get what you pay for. I left a personal item in the room after checkout which could not be found/returned to me!

The beds in the dorm rooms were well thought out with a little shelf and pocket to put your things, two lights and two sockets to charge phones etc. Breakfast buffet was good value with an Irish breakfast, toast and fruit selections.

There isn’t a massive community vibe here and people weren’t very chatty like in other hostels. But staff were still friendly and helpful and it was good value.

Liked the location. Best bang for your buck!

The smell in the bathrooms sometimes. For NO good reason....
