The mattress was not very confortable and I tried two of them, but it was as the same. I could feel the springs of the mattress.

I liked the breakfast, rooms and chilling public spaces.

Dorm for 4 people was rather tiny. But for what I paid I can't really complain

They cater to large groups of teenagers. They are pleasant enough, kids, but when they go to breakfast together things get crowded and it’s basically not worth the trouble.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Location was very central, near the Liffey and Temple Bar. Rooms were modern, clean and basic, it is a hostel. Big bar downstairs.

Room ventilation was too loud to sleep( constant 60 db). We couldn’t open window due to rain or outside being loud and food smell as well

There isn’t a massive community vibe here and people weren’t very chatty like in other hostels. But staff were still friendly and helpful and it was good value.

The beds in the dorm rooms were well thought out with a little shelf and pocket to put your things, two lights and two sockets to charge phones etc. Breakfast buffet was good value with an Irish breakfast, toast and fruit selections.

Have to request to get your water bottle filled at the bar which is strange rather than any self service water refill. Have to pay extra to check in even a few minutes before 3pm which in a society that already is super expensive for travellers seems unfair especially if the bed is ready. It's just a few euro but that's not really the point. Requested bottom bunk - was allocated top bunk despite several free bottom bunks.

Both the sinks and shower were clogged. I was only there for 2 days and i ended up unclogging the shower because it wasnt draining at all. Very gross.

Loved the location and the beds! The beds were pretty big and they had individual hooks, curtain, lighting and a charger. Loved that we had privacy even when sharing a room. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms which was very smart. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Common area was well decorated and fun

Maybe they could freshen up the bedding and beds, the hangers in the closet, otherwise everything in the room was fine.

A hostel for every recommendation, great value for money. The location is great, right in the center, quite safe, close to all the city's attractions. The breakfast offer in the restaurant is excellent, better than some hotels I've stayed in and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double room which seems quite small, but has plenty of space for two. The bathroom is clean, which was perhaps the most important thing for us. I recommend it!

The only thing that I’can say I’ don’t snore but some people should be asked about snoring, it’s unfair, you sleep comfortably and others suffer there were a lot of snoring .

Bed was comfortable but could feel the springs through the mattress. There's also something off with the elevators in the building - would give yourself 5 extra min just to get downstairs if you're planning on taking the elevators.

Great location - had been unsure about it having never been to Dublin before, but felt completely comfortable walking back alone at night. En suite bathroom was clean and updated. Liked that the shower and WC were separate. Pod setup is great for a little added privacy.

I agree with some of the other reviews that the mattresses are not very comfortable because you can feel the actual springs in them. Also, the cleaners need to change out the rubber shower mats more often. The space was usually cleaned well but the rubber matts in the shower room are woven and collect lint, mold and grime easy, they could use a good dunk in cleaner more often.

This property was a pleasant surprise. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They do a great job even though this place gets so busy with such a high turnover. Despite the noisy downstairs and the city center the rooms are actually very quiet. Really appreciate the option of all female rooms and also separating out the shower and bathroom in our room. The privacy curtain, two lighting options and the shelf - the space and layout is well thought out. Such a great central location.

Area under the beds needs to be cleaned more thoroughly

I really liked the location — central and convenient. The facilities were good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It would be even better if guests could store luggage for a couple of hours for free after checkout.
