The plug in the kitchen sink is actually the wrong size so you can't fill the sink. Otherwise happy out!

Great location. Lovely, cosy house with plenty of space for a family. Incredibly comfortable beds and well kitted out kitchen. Michelle was lovely to deal with. We'll be back!

Slight smell of stale smoke downstairs when we arrived. Only 1 key available for the property, would have been beneficial to have had 2 keys as we were 2 couples staying.

House was clean and had everything we needed.There were some cupboard staples in the presses should you have needed them. Situation was perfect for us going to a wedding in The Armada Hotel and Day 2 in Miltown Malbay.

The upstairs door to the bathroom is a major issue. No room for manoeuvre once it's opened out ... perhaps in time a sliding door could replace this

It had everything we required for our trip. A well equipped kitchen a safe secure back garden to keep the dog in. Very well located within 30 minutes drive from all the popular spots

General areas of the housing estate need to be maintained. Not sure if that is a Management Company issue or residents.

Location was very central to touring Clare. Well stocked with essentials.

I think that the kitchen, rooms and shower need to be cleaned more properly. I did clean the kitchen by myself before cooking

Great communication prior to travelling. Walking distance of Miltown Malbay. Footpath the whole way to Spanish Point. Great taxi service in Miltown Malbay. Petrol station grocery store and office licence beside it. Property was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Lovely quiet area. We will be back.

The Patio doors open out onto the front of the house with only access to rear garden is walking around. Was not ideal for young kids as we could not leave door open for them to just keep going out

I loved the view and how dark you could get the upstairs at night with the blackout blinds. The windows left in a good bit of air as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was very tidy. Filling station across the road with an off-license was an added bonus.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Fantastic location. Very easy to walk into town, approx 10 mins, footpath all the way. When we arrived the heating was on for us, so the house was already warm; thanks for that, we really appreciated it. The house was comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay, but the facilities there (washing machine, ironing board, dish washer etc) would make it ideal for a longer holiday. There's a single bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, great if stairs are an issue. Well stocked with towels, loo rolls etc The entrance to Cluain Uilinn is opposite the petrol station which also has a convenience store. There's off-street parking in front of the house so easy to load/unload the car.

Beach was not within walking distance. The emersion timer ticks 24 hours and is loud at night.

It was really cold ór extremely warm. The radiators only had an on/off-switch. Furniture is outdated and not all that clean. Location probably nicer in summer, with beach nearby.

The duvet and mattress had stains all over it,didnt look clean.Bathrooms were not having latches/ keys on them and hence it poses a great concern for privacy.Bathrooms did not have sufficent supplies compared to what is offered in homestays elsewhere.Bathrooms showers broken and needs immediate replacement.There was no water pressure and hence couldnt enjoy a refreshing shower.

Spar is right across the road,Lahinch beach is around 15 to 18 kms drive from the property and Cliffs of Moher is around 30 - 40 mins drive.

The house was not clean. There was a very bad smell in the kitchen/living room for the whole time we were there, like old spilled milk that was never cleaned. There was a bucket in the living room with old newspapers and dirt from the fire. The floors were dirty. And there was a lot of old food left in the cupboard. In the garden there was a pair of men's underwear left on the ground.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Strong wifi connection. Nice little private back garden.Good location. Short driving distance to the tourist attractions.
